TFBuyer wrote: Sure, his replies are short and not too friendly-sounding, but I just attributed that to the fact that he was one guy doing all the work and didn't have time for chit-chat.
Autobot032 wrote: And when I sent a scathing email back, all he replied with was "Blah blah, bitch bitch bitch. I could give a **** about getting any of your business. I've sold and will sell more than you're worth."
seibertron wrote:The thing that kind of is odd about his auctions is that he only uses one picture of the figure. It's really tough to judge a Transformer if you only show a picture of it in robot mode or in it's alternate mode.
Seibertron wrote:dit138 on the other hand, he's my favorite eBay seller. I think I end up buying something from him about every other week. ... Great dealer. Extremely fast. Can't say enough great things about dit138. He's a little expensive, but sometimes you just pay for what you get and dit138's worth every penny I send him.

If you ask me thats a BS excuse. if you are going to get into customer service in manner, than you need to be prepared to deal with customes. Its kinda in the job-description.
Fine, but my point was that the service I've received from him (parts quality, shipping time, etc.) has been good--I'm not going to stop ordering from him at this point because he types 2 sentences as opposed to typing me a page and a half about how I'm the greatest customer ever. To each his own.
However, if he'd essentially cussed me out, as he's apparently done to someone else....well, that's a different story.

I by no means am trying to tell you not to order from him if you have had positive experience. But there is a huge difference between being short, sweet, and to the point and just being an ass. From what i have heard majority of his customers receive the latter, and i feel that future customers should at the very least be forwarned.
