This morning it clicked for me. I figured out who the armored truck Decepticon is. And it's probably not one who most were expecting. I believe that it is Soundwave. The sattelite 'con is now an armored truck. Here's my evidence:

I don't think this has been posted on Seibertron yet, so I bet someone who knows how to do that will if it hasn't.

Since Soundwave turns into an SUV-type vehicle in the game, it would make sense that he keeps this form in the movie. However this isn't confirmed, this is only my speculation.

Well, at least that would mean that he's gonna have an Earth vehicle mode. I'm not so fond with Cybertronian Alt-mode toys. Especially my own ROTF Deluxe Soundwave. Too many loose ends. No clippings. (Don't get me wrong, I'm still lovin' this figure.) Earth mode should have less of these loose ends. In a theory.

It has been confirmed that he will have a earth mode months ago. Even this person's "evidence" where you see Soundwave launching Laserbeak, you can see wheels.

And it's Armored truck, if you look at the mode of that transformer, it is not any place close to an SUV. But it could be one of those Armored Security Truck Dreads. Whatever you people want to believe, I do not think it is Soundwave and this I swear by.

I don't think that this is proof that the armored is or is not anyone, just that Soundwave does in fact have an earth vehicle mode. But by appearance, it doesn't look likely that Soundwave is in fact the truck. First off, those wheels he has are definitely not the type you'd see on a heavy diesel truck, nor are they the ones on the actual truck itself. Plus, he has two smokestacks on his back. The armored truck does not have smokestacks.
