What about United Voyager Megatron?

Appart the "wings" that are out of place, he look pretty good.
However, I cannot see him as a true Classic Megs so that's why I prefer the original Nerf gun version.
This is a great mold to own so what color one's get is one's personal preferences.

I happen to prefer Henkei's abundance of red, breaks up the grey more. Though I wouldn't be above getting a United one as Megaplex.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

And only then can you love mp 01 the way I have.
Bowspearer wrote:The first Voyager class Classics 2.0 Megatron hands down - admittedly he's a more futuristic take on things, but he's a great homage to the original - alternately there's the Henkei version if you want more G1 accurate colours.
One thing though - I can understand excluding 3rd party stuff as they're blatantly illegal IP thefts, but I'm not getting the reasoning for excluding MP Megatron.

Perhaps to level out the playing field? I remember a similar thread excluding MP's. When was it released anyway? Then again, MP05 wasnt the cat's meow.

That's just it, being an official HasTak release, excluding it seems pointless - in the same way I've heard such ridiculous claims as (everything from the Pretenders and onwards isn't G1). Even if it wins out, there's still no reason to exclude it because the second best figure in these threads usually surfaces anyway (heck, some people here even posted their third choice). However even more to the point, it's problematic and received mixed reviews from fans, so it was never going to get a clean sweep anyway.
JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Personally I'd exclude both MP Megatron and Alternity Megatron because both fall in a different category. They're not "toys" in the traditional sense, but more like expensive Collector's Items that are designed with other priorities.

A $20 pair of shoes and a $300 pair do the same thing. I dont keep the more expensive pair in a box and stare at it on my shelf. This whole notion of mass-produced toys being collectibles is bullshit.
