Do we know for a fact that the BODIES of Prowl and Ironhide were in the mosoleum? Maybe the Quintessons repaired them all and took them as slaves, and they were rescued in US season 5, which never aired?
Of course maybe they are just Action Master Prowl and G2 Ironhide?

Quite Possibly.
Isnt anything G1 toon based all conjecture and guesswork anyways?

It would mean skipping G2 though...

True, but his Tech Spec suggests that he believes he is G1 Prowl. Before, one assumed that he was G1 Prowl, but that his memories were damaged due to difficulties with his Stasis-Pod. Now one must conclude that:
True. It's not just that TMII Prowl had the same name, same function and the belief that he was a military strategist in a former life. Sentences like, "strives to find logic and reason in everything," "able to analyze and advise on complex combat situations almost instantaneously," and "fires highly corrosive acid pellets" in TMII's bio were direct quotes of G1 Prowl's bio.

Surprised Hasbro did not sue themselves for "plagiarism" .

I gave the issue proper attention last night and the section your talking about here is made pretty obvious. I can't believe I missed the panels where Rartorata is explicitly told to go to Earth.

Injector and Rartorata are noticbley different colours
as there going by the cartoon not the toy.
B'boom is darker in colour than Apache and it also looks like he might be a bit bigger. i like the fact there doing this.
i want to see how there gonna pull off Scuba and clawjaw, tasmania kid and snarl. i thinks it really brave and an interesting step to take.
stop all the whining.

One of the strengths of Beast Wars was the amount of character development due to the small cast of characters. That said, I find that to be a little lacking in the IDW Beast Wars comics. Some of that definitely has to do with the huge cast they're working with, but it's a bit disappointing to see such an integral part of the original go by the wayside.
On the other hand, Simon Furman is doing a great job tying up not only the loose ends from Beast Wars (show and toyline), but also Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo. The storytelling itself, another strength of the original show (particularly after reintroducing G1 elements), is great, although having to work around such a huge cast is cumbersome at times.
As always, Don Figueroa's pencils are fantastic!

I think we will most certainly be given the "real" reason as to how TM2 Megatron escaped from the Ark Escape Pod on its way to Cybertron, possibly setting up the third Beast Wars Story.
