Some Transformers have been recreated DOZENS of times over.
Nearly every line has had an Optimus, Megatron or Starscream.

Some sucked, some were kinda' excellent.

It'd be nice if Transformers stopped rehashing G1, but is there ANYBODY you feel needs to be done justice first with a new sculpt before everything were to move on in the continuity?

Me, I'd love:
Blaster
...his cassettes
Devastator
Cyclonus
Galvatron (and not just a shit-tastic repaint of Megatron)
Shockwave
all the Dinobots (honestly, I'm just not buyin' all the 2 million, non-tech looking later versions)
Fortress Maximus

...and who knows how many more I'm forgetting.
You?

I'll have to look into this post in depth later, but, you think Fortress Maximus wasn't done justice????? How about Metroplex, the poor stubby bastard.

Shockwave for certain. He's the man. :)

But especially Ratchet & Ironhide. Most people agree their G1 toys sucked bad, and their forms need to be done real toy justice.

Oh crap, yeah! Nearly ALL the gestalts!
Predaking was THE combiner for his time... but with today's technology, he could really be playable.
And those wacky ol' Seacons! Who wouldn't want some ferocious new sculpts?
And Abominus, too.

Also the Aerialbots... well, their G1 and "Maximus" versions were just downright embarrassingly sculpted.

Yeah, 'cause Classics really did Devastator justice. I'll pass. :(

Well Shockwave got the Alternator Treatment and turned out fantastic so I don't see a real need for a Classics version.
Ratchet is getting a G1 repaint of his movie version and I suspect Ironhide might get one too.

I'd definitely be interested in a new version of Predaking, Blaster and the rest of the Dinobots.

Indeed. He's still sitting out at some construction site waiting to be sculpted in a respectful manner.
It certainly wasn't his classics line version.

PREDAKING! PREDAKING!!

yeah, Shockwave would be awesome, too. And I really want a Slag for my collection without paying ridiculous amounts of monies on ebay.

but I still chant for Predaking...combiner style.

I feel the following need to be in the Classics line:

G1 Scorponok, not that abomination from Cybertron/Energon. A giant scorpion that transformers into a base and a robot. AT LEAST Voyager size, if not Leader, or, hell, SUPREME SIZE!

Shockwave, not a car, a LAZER PISTOL. Voyager size. And PURPLE. Respect the old school.

Ultra Magnus, G1-style, not some lame repaint. I want the armor also. Voyager, if not Leader size.

A proper Arcee, G1-style. Not pink, but in the same style as the original. Deluxe size.

A re-imagining of Powermaster Prime. Where the cab forms the chest/head, and the trailer forms the legs and arms. This time, with poseability.

Galvatron, Scourge and Cyclonus...G1 movie-style. YES...I went there.

And if they re-made Fortress Maximus, I would die laighing. There is no way to improve on something that huge. He is already fairly poseable...Way more poseable than my G1 Metroplex, which is 1/4th the size.

Seacons, Predaking as well. They both rule.

I like the movie designs, and will get the Ratchet repaint...
but Ironhide still needs a face. I wholeheartedly support a G1 Ratchet & Ironhide, or a War Within version.

Brawn & Prowl could definitely use the update on the bot side, and I'd love an update on the Insecticons.

I really want to see more triple changers such as Blitzwing and Springer. Fembots would be cool, but more Dinobots would be better. A trailer for the current Ultra Magnus that forms armor. Shockwave, a Soundwave similar to the mp3 version. Jazz, Hound, Prowl, and the Lambo Twins.

How about Roadbuster. Such a great concept that had so little articulation. He's just got such a great design.

I'd like to see the Head/Target/Powermaster bots get re-done, although not neccessarily as Head/Target/Powermasters. Siren and Nightbeat would be great, as would Chromedome and Hardhead. Getaway was one of my favorite TF's ever.

I don't need little transforming heads or guns or engins, just good TF's.

I'd like to see Abominus too.

I was just thinking about why there are no toys of Blaster around, when Soundwave's been reissued a few times...

I'd like to see all the cassettes get done- especially Slugfest!

Weapon: Particle Beam Cannon
This is my list in no particular order.

Shockwave
Blitzwing
Sideswipe / Sunstreaker
Jazz
That Cosmos concept made into reality

I sprung for the Botcon set this year so I'll have all of the seekers like I wanted when the line was introduced. I would've included Ratchet & Ironhide but the Towline repaint for those two was real nice and too expensive for me at the time and even now.
Collection Count: Just enough G1 & Classics to make this look good!

All the combiners. That business with Devastator is just wrong. It sucks. Do something remotely similar to the G1 toys, no cybertron/energon/armada repaints!!! And because a toy is a different color does NOT make it acceptable in a combiner (i'm talking about the Devastator with arms and legs with the same toy, different color).

Cylonus, Fort Max, Scorponok, Scourge, Trypticon, Metroplex, Kup, Blurr, all the dinobots, Soundwave (the TRU one does not count IMO), Ultra Magnus w/trailer body, Sixshot, Jazz, Ironhide, Ratchet, GALVATRON!

SHOCKWAVE (if they can do a robot hero then why not a toy).
