FINALLY!
Man, thanks everyone for all the feedback! This has been so much fun! I worked so hard on this guy and I can't believe I finished him. Everyone here rules and I couldn't have done without all your suggestions. Devastator and Petitvite thanks for the inspiration! I sent Devastator some pics so hopefully the gallery will be up soon. I have alot of pics! Here are a few. Hope ya like him!

He looks terrific! He's very posable! He's got a kick @ss paint job! His arms, head, hands and much more!!....soooo many improvments!! I love it when pictures recreate scenes of the cartoon/movie!! What else can I say??! You've done it!!! Now put it on display in the living room!

Thanks! I'm glad you like him! Funny how a kitbash can become your favorite toy since you had a hand at creating him. I swear I'll never get rid of this guy and make certain he stays in great shape. I feel like a kid again...lol

Yeah, never get rid of him! He is beautiful! You certainly did a much cleaner job of kitbashing you Dev than I did mine. I'm never getting rid of him, I love him and you love yours! I think that means we leave each other

He looks great but Dev needs to lay off the Energon. It's going straight to his theighs.

I still can't beleive you used those gundam hands. Sure they look great but damn are they exspensive and hard to come by.

Hey thanks TM2, Pun, Dev, and TFM!

I know the thighs are thicker than what Dev usually has, but that's all I had to work with. I like the way they turned out anyways, sure there thicker but I don't think they make him look awkward. Thanks for the feedback.

The hands I had no idea were hard to find or expensive for that matter. Like I said before, they came from my broken Gundam model that was collecting dust in my closet. So I think I found the best use for them. Don't the other 1/60 Gundam models have similar hands?

Actually my Dad gave that alien to me for Christmas a long time ago. It was an "extra" gift. He had to give it to me a few days earlier when my Mom wasn't around because she would have freaked out....big church goer.

I'm not sure what my plans are for a next bash, but another combiner would be sweet. Just have to take some time to figure what can be done. If I do it would probably be a cartoon Menasor or Superion.

I've also been tinkering with the idea of bashing a bootleg GodMarz to make him the Mighty Orbots. Not sure yet.

Excellent gallery. I can't get over the job you did. If I ever come across a great deal for a 1/60 Gundam kit, I'll probably go and do the same thing. Good chance it won't turn out nearly as good as this, but hopefully I'll come up with something that I'm satisfied with.

Seriously, I love it.

P.S. : Sorry if I most of my posts include some reference to "I'm gonna make one too." I figure you know where I'm coming from, but I just wanted to address that anyway. Obviously I don't mean to steal thunder or anything--it's that I love the job you did so much I really want one just like it. :lol:

Seriously I hope you do bash another Devastator. I would love to see the progress on someone elses Dev project to see the differences and choices they make. That would be so cool. Go for it!
