I've been watching law and order and sometimes without a trace reruns on tnt and usa. That's all they show. I was waiting for SVU, the show that deals specifically with sexual crimes, to have an episode where a pedophile has a lot of action figures and they use it against him. There are a lot of people out there with toy collections, cereal box collections, pez collections, baseball card collections, etc...

If this ever happened to me my response would be that every kid in America grows up with baseball, and yet the adults are more into it than the kids, does that make them all pedophiles too?

If true, that's highly ignorant and stupid. I was flipping through channels a few weeks ago when that girl was kidnapped or followed from a Target. Nancy Grace was playing the video of the suspected kidnapper walking out without a purchase and she wondered why no-one stopped him then. She thought that was reason to stop him and was blaming Target security. I go to target, Wal Mart, TRU, many times without purchasing a thing if I don'e find what I'm looking for. That's what many collectors do.

I actaully like the original CSI and Law and Order: SVU, but the vast majority of them do suck. Especially Without a Trace(not because of this either). I just hate when poorly written shows have to go to this level to get attention.
