Noticed it. Clearly was a nod towards Deaths Head, obviously they couldn't make it too similar (as Marvel still own the DH rights) but it was still close enough to be recognisable.

Just saw "Thrill of the Hunt".....and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Full of all the goodies that a TF show should have: action, Decepticons (for a second), Megatron (for another second), and a STORY! It was quite enjoyable to see the PTSD in Ratchet and the flashbacks were REALLY well done!
LockDown is one bad sick dude! I like him a lot! Not Bot, not Con....just a Cybertronian who is sick in the processor! Arcee was one of the worst Autobots from G1 IMHO, but they made her a bit easier to tolerate...Kinda wanna see her again (get blasted by Megs, of course!)...Glad to see an episode so well done!

Oh yeah, YAY for almost no humans in it!

Loved lockdown finally we get to see a transformer mercenary because we have heard about them but never got a chance to see one. Second I loved arcee she was amazing I really hope they create a toy version of her, also I hope she is in more episodes down the line so we can find out what happened to her after her memory was wiped. The other thing I liked is we got to learn about Ratchet's past and what makes him what he is today.

Well i remember seeing the pics when Animated was announced.
They had toy moulds worked out for a fair few charachters (even some prototypes built) and i think Arcee was one of em.
I know Grimlock and Slag had prototype models but i cant remember if Arcee was a model or a design sketch.

This is actually the episode I enjoyed the least. It doesn't make me admire Ratchet at all.

I dunno about you guys but where are the Decepticons at???? I wanna see Blitzwing, Starscream.... This can't continue much longer.

I agree! The build-up for it is reaching critical mass, and if it is disappointing when it happens, there will be some mighty hacked off people! Bring in some Cons dernit!!!
They can't bring back Starscream until Megs has a body...so he can take Screamer's away from him! I just cannot wait to see Megatron punish Starscream for the little "party favor" from ep 1!

I like autobots. These Decepticons scare me. Megs could flick Bee into oblivion like nothing. I'm ok til they show up.

How shocked do you think people would be if the Decepticons won the battle in this series?

People need to make more TV shows, Movies, and Cartoons where the Evil Characters win!

I don't think I can take another scene of Ratchet and Prowl getting killed again.

I can understand something like Empire Strikes Back, where temporarily the bad guys are winning big time, but I doubt we'll ever see the cons really, really win.

This has been such a great day for Transformers. After "Meltdown" almost made me lose faith in the series, this one has built it back up in a big way !

I think that "Thrill of the Hunt" is the best episode of the series thus far. It had actual characterization and a surprisingly serious tone, especially with the undoing of the Arcee that was.

And it is against the way of things in our world to let the bad-guys win a decisive battle against the forces of good.....too bad! The Decepticons are the better all around!

I'm with Both you guys! WHere are the Decepticons!??? I know ! How much longer can they go on with no Con's. I wanna know hat happened with Starscream, where did he go? And I said this already but Any other Megs from any other Generation would have done something by now. The wait is Killing me! I wil say though The Fight Between Lockdown and Prowl was one of the best Ive seen in awhile even for a Cartoon. What happened to Arcee? I got kinda confused with Ratchets back story telling and then into present.

Very good episode. Liked getting a glimpse of Cybertron. Lockdown is a very cool villian. Got some good characterization for ratchet. great episode.

By far and away this was the best episode to date. I hope they can put out more of this caliber.

I don't like how they made Prime into such a weak leader. He has no commanding behavior. He just wants to be everyone's friend. Just one of the 'bots, and as a leader, you just can't be that close. I hope the character will grow (and SOON!) and learn how it is to be a leader, which is a lot more than being best buds with your fellow autobots.

And, no, I still do not like the animation. It is pure garbage. And that's a shame because the stories and writing have been really good so far.

Blitzwing was one of my favorite G1 characters. I like the way the new Blitzwing looks, but I am not thrilled with the 3 head thing going. Blitzing with the german-ish voice is passable, but the Halloween psycho face with the childish yet creapy attitude kind of puts me off.

Lockdown. I have to say, I did NOT like Lockdown before I saw this ep. Now, I simply love this character. I hope they use him again. Loved this ep because of him, the backstory between Ratchet and Lockdown, and Arcee.
