what do you think of jazz's sword and shield? my best friend hates 'em, me, i just hate the shield (and leave it folded up on his back,) but i refuse to call that telescoping harpoon a "sword." the thing i LOVE about jazz, though, is the face: it is easily my favorite head of all the movie figures so far, especially the light-piping on the "visor."
allisonaxe wrote:ah, yeah, i forgot about the protoforms, yeah, i got both of those too.. (geez, 7 already?) what don't you like about proto starscream, if i may ask? my only gripe with him is that, at first, it seemed like either the missile or the 'comet trail' would have to be an extra piece in bot-mode, as only one object can be loaded into the gun at once (and "extra pieces that don't go anywhere in one of the modes" tend to make me batty.) but then i got crafty and tried loading the missile into the flame, and then i decided that i liked starscream alright, because it looks like his missile is being propelled by flame:
forgive the quick and dirty photography. just think that its cool done that way.
Oh yeah, and the real gear Laserbeak. I refuse to call them by their assinine names. "Powerup", "Booster". Dumb! The mp3 player bird guy is just plain fun.
