favorite combiner/Gestalt

Well with movie drawing ever closer. I thought I would ask the question who is favorite combiner/Gestalt from any transformer series.
For me personal I love Bruticus but after getting my hands on the predacon reissue set all love for bruticus went right out the window predking is amazing he looks like such a badass of course the show never did him justice.

Not sure if Burn is serious about this pick.(You can never quite tell with him. )

I second Monstructor though. He was the first combiner I owned and was always alot of fun.

I'm very serious. I love the little bugger. He's a very solid gestalt (not having to rely on necks to hold him together) and actually has a few extra points of articulation.

Plus I have a second gun for him. TF's always look good with two guns.

RailRacer RID. He rocks! I know I am going against the grain here, and I probably will be shot but I dig the new Devastator.

I had a couple of lesser known combiners, or at least ones people never mention often. I had Abominus and Piranacon. Piranacon looked a little stout and short, but you know you're cool when you use a whole Decepticon just as a weapon.

My favorite had to be G1 Devestator, not only did he pretty much start it all but he looked cool. Predaking is probably the fan favorite, but I always liked Devestator over all the other combiners.

From the show Devastator despite the craptacular toy (being honest) but the toys are Monstructor and Predaking. Classics Devastator is cool but not compared to Energon Superion.

EDIT: Yeah I forgot Piranacon (or as I called him as a kid "Piranaking") What can I say? I gotta thing for giant monsters.

Menasor, just love the whole Cars coming together (And i just love the episode where the Autobots fake Menasor: Prime becomes Motormaster jejeje ).

Piranacon, just because my first ever TF and one of the very few I still own from my childhood is Nautilator. I did not even know they combined until i got the rest of the Seacons to combine him with. And i realized the square peg on the bottom was for him to combine as an arm with the rest of the guys. Sad that a flood in my area took most them, only leaving Nautilator behind.

Fastfoward to Robots in Disguise, and I gotta say Land fill is a pretty cool combiner also.

If i have to put them in some kind of order, from most to least:

Piranacon
R.I.D. Land Fill
Menasor
Devastator (There's just something about a green and purple robot made from construction machinery that is very appealing) And because he was the first combiner of the Original Transformers series.

RID Rail Racer has to be one of the most poseable and proportionate-looking gestalts, but I have a fondness for Piranacon--so much so that I got a God Neptune as well. He was a gestalt that I never even knew existed until well into my collecting and finally completing him was one of my favorite memories as a collector.

My favorite combiner has always been Menasor his pscho personality just rocks. Although the coolest looking gestalt is Predaking, then Devastator to bad the toy of Devastator has little play value. The first two combiners I ever owned were Menasor and Defensor. I always thought they could of designed the Menasor toy better, but still over all Menasor is still my all time favourite gestalt.

Did power rangers copy tf when they came up with the "Zord"
idea?

Im realy not into Gestalts i had energon superion and he was a dispointment.

as a matter of fact some of these gestalts look like they have been horibly malformed and poorly disigned
I think the best of the lot is predaking cool look and not as crappy looken
Piranacon is cool i like his colors
menasor looks way to fat but i like him
and ruinantion because i have the walmart desert camo version of him.

What would realy make me happy was if they made a combiner out of all voyager or ultra class toys
It would be super poseable and frigin huge!

Im talkin capable of crushing a midgit huge!

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge!

Hands down, Menasor or Computron. I like Computrons head and chestplate, and his color scheme is nice. The Stunticons are just awesome by themselves in vehicle mode and in gestalt form Motormasters center body piece give the figure a nice form.
Used ta like Bruticus, but after they reissued him 256x I'm now sick of looking at him. Defensors face just sucks. It looks like I should press it into black ink and make a stamp.

I gotta start off by giving some credit to Energon Bruticus... not my favourite... but a total badass. Devastator always has, and always will be my favourite (hence me choice of screen name and the image in my sig) but a close second has got to be the original Bruty... the guy's been repainted a half dozen times or more, but I still dig him.

... oh... and Build King... very unique combination, and I think it loocs cool.

Hmm...Menasor is a favorite, as is Bruticus.

Everyone despises Superion, largely as a result of his fragility and the repetitive nature of the Aerialbots.

An interesting idea I've always wished to attempt would be four Blast Offs attached to Hotspot. Since there are four different color schemes for Blast Off (G1, G2, any two of the three RID Movors), one can opt for the color scheme of their choice (or wallet, as the case may be).

Hotspot is merely the most durable of the combiner bodies.

I've only owned the initial 4 G1 combiners before (though I intend to get the Wal-Mart "Classics" Devastator and, thanks to Univrse, am one jet away from getting Superion Maximus.

Of all the G1 combiners, Predaking is my fave, but of the four I've owned, gimme Defensor. He just LOOKS better than the others, scale be durned.

I have to say that the trainbots are pretty cool. A friend got them from his father when he returned from a business trip to japan. They were the orignal headmaster release of these figures I don't know were his father even found them.
