Either way, the wind doesn't care and it isn't going to stop!
You can only bend something to a certain point, before it snaps just as well.

The Fallen -- interesting how that will play out.
I agree with others that I don't know how the Autobots are going to have a fighting chance in this movie.
As far as The Fallen and Devastator not looking like Transformers and the whole blame Michael Bay for taking our beloved franchise the wrong way...
... come on. Remember when Beast Wars came out? Tons of G1 fans hated the idea -- but warmed up to it in time. TF Animated comes out many years later... people hated the designs, but warmed up to it after realizing how well it took parts we loved from G1 and Beast Wars and even TF1 Movie and melded them together.
I honestly did not like Megatron's design for the first movie nor Starscreams. But they've grown on me. I've watched the first movie over and over again. I'm still amazed.
Could any of us believe years ago that we'd have Spielberg as the Exec. Producer, and also former fans of G1 writing and doing artwork for modern TF action movies, and seeing characters we loved from childhood (Optimus, Ironhide, Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Devastator) on the big screen?
Is it exactly what I expected? No. But neither was Beast Wars or Animated. Is it perfect in my mind? No. Neither is Beast Wars and Animated. But I still enjoy them all. They all grew on me.
Give it a chance and be open to this "TF Universe" that we should be thankful is on the big screen.
The biggest question will be the plot. Beast Wars and Animated had pretty good writing (especially compard to G1 and Armada!) The 2007 movie was about introducing the world to Transformers. In TF:RotF, the villains will be there... we'll have to wait and see about the plot come June. If the plot sucks after you watch it, then feel free to crucify it. But give the movie a chance until then.

Ah, thank you comrade!

What? No! You must either love this thing based entirely on one static image or hate it with every ounce of your soul.
There's no room for the rational or sensible in the transformers fandom!
shandemia wrote:I find the Devastator and Fallen design awesome, the Fallen looks very evil and ancient and Devastator looks, oh well.., like he's going to kick major ass and destroy stuff in this movie.
I'm just not happy with the fact that the Decepticons always get the coolest designs and also the bigger size robots.
I mean, lets be real for a moment here, what damage can Mudflap, Jolt, Arcee and Skids actually inflict on a decepticon as big as some of these bad dudes are? They are going to have to be very creative.
Hopefully Jetfire will come out bigtime for the Autobots in this film.
