No, I didn't even have internet until November of 2002. I even had January 2003 as registration for a while, because that was the period the databases kept crashing, and I was forced to reregister a few times. The fact that it was the day after christmas, and plans I had made fell though that caused me to be home alone, when I decided to finally join up.
