I know what you mean. That crap breaks, there goes your figure. That's why I'm worried about my Ironhide's legs, everytime I transform them one leg is stiff and won't budge, and I have to force it, etc.

It doens't matter how nice and gentle you are to your toys, friction from moving joints over time will always lead to weak joints, which then allows more gravity related accidents to occur.
