I am tempted to agree. If the first movie serves as any indication of what the second will bring, and it should, what we see IS what we're going to get this summer. If the monowheel design is for reals, I like it. I think it's different and that's pretty cool. Besides, it's not like it's going to look anymore awful than the general movie Transformer design.

But we know from the toy, its just one bot with that alt mode weve seen, and it HAS been confirmed he is a combiner.
This one is just huge because of what the alt mode is.
I mean, look at his shoulders in the trailer/pics. See the stairs? Hes huge.
One bot =/= combiner
