I've never bought a double figure, ever, in my life (I'm 18). A waste of my own money and taking away another kid's right to fun (where Scalpers and many collectors are trampling on). Had the shop not been empty of other customers I was considering telling the shopkeeper to display the Bumblebees more conspicuously.

come on, be a good sport. Be thankful you're getting one at all. Keeping one as MISB to me is just telling of why kids hate collectors. These are meant to be played around with!

Who gives a crap about children?? We have just as much right to these toys as they do. If they are too slow to get to them before we do then thats their own fault. Kids are too spoiled these days anyway.

Having two of each figure isnt a bad thing, and if i had the money id do the same, and if there was only two left on the shelves and a kid came up behind me and wanted one, id still buy both for myself.

Freaking kids need to learn that life sucks just like it does for the rest of us.

No, we need to learn these freaking toys are kid's toys. Holy **** I'm disappointed in how many people are approving of 08_bumblebee_scalper's self-admitted baiting. Oh yeah, and the other guy who took a photo of like 8 MISB Bumblebees and posted them on this forum a short while ago. Do you admire what he did, huh? Teaching the bratty kids a lesson in life. What a great teacher, he's doing them a **** favour by buying all the toys he can before they even wake up...

Oops, according to some people in this ego-wank of a thread, I've made a bad mistake because I only bought one 08 Bumble and didn't BUY all that were on display at my store!

Oh noes! I'm an insult to the discipline of collecting plastic toys with moving joints!

No im not, and i dont plan to be. Kids these days are spoiled beyond belief and get away with too much. They need to be taught that life sucks and you cant always get what you want. A bad parent suger-coats everything for their kid, a good parents is honest.

These toys ARENT just for kids, anyone who says so is an idiot. They are intended for ADULTS just as much as kids. Anyone can buy them regardless of age, and niether age group takes priority over the other. First come first serve.

And baby jesus? Are you for real?! Take your religious drivel out of here and keep it to yourself if you are.

Oh and i fail to see how the original poster taking a pic of his collection and posting it is baiting...alot of people post pics of their collections, and although i agree that his username is dumb, posting a pic of his toys isnt against any rules and niether is buying 2 08 BB's as MANY collectors do so.

Yeah, the toys aren't just for kids, that's why I bought ONE. If you buy more than one, that's fine by me, if the toy WASN'T being sold out so quickly thanks to loser scalpers and people like the random who bought like 8 Bumblebees!! NOT at this time! Is he a great hero or something to you? After all, he's making kids see the REAL side of life, yeah! I don't care about photos, I care about photos of a collection of unopened toys that should have been in the hands of others (adults and kids) long ago.

Yeah, I am for real. I'm not Christian, but if Jesus was around anyhow... damn. I guess nothing's sacred today... especially when we have to resort to teaching kids lessons by some crazy reasoning of buying toys before they can. What does this kind of method have ANYTHING to do with kids being spoiled anyway?

Are YOU for real? Do you hate kids that much? And I thought I was easily annoyed by bratty whiny kids. And in case you think I'm religious AND have children, I have no gf and I don't have children. Who gives a **** if today's younger generation are spoiled like hell - it's up to the parents to discipline them, not us to make up reasons to 'help' the kids learn. If you want extra duplicates, just say you are greedy. That is all. Then at least we're not raving behind an excuse that kids we don't even know somehow need to be taught a lesson by us.

Crap, if that is your line of reasoning, let's just buy every single toy out of the stores so kids REALLY learn how faggoty adults in the real world can be. Wouldn't that be educational!

Don't we put up with dickheads often enough in our own lives? Why do we want to infect others with so much cynicism? Misery loves company I suppose.

Your rantings arent being taken seriously, so shut up.
The fact is youve gotten all pissed off at a guy who spent HIS OWN MONEY on TWO, yes JUST TWO, of the same figure that will be warming shelves everywhere within a few weeks.

You two seriously need a freaking reality check and stop with all the self-rightious bull.

Theres no question of "somehow" they totally are, american kids in particular. To deny this fact is a case of ignorance on your part.

And i suppose you think this guy is an idiot too, or somehow making children un-happy by re-painting his 08 BB into a different character? http://seibertron.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14197&sid=

Get real already, these little sob stories about kids not getting what they want because an adult collector is willing to put more time and effort into getting something he wants and will enjoy and admire for many years whereas a kid will just play with it and ruin it and get bored with it after three days because they dont appriciate anything is really stupid.

Pfft, im done already with this trite. Poor widdle kiddies awwww 8-| 8-|

I'm kinda from the same camp as Sonray. Don't like kids, don't want kids, and especially don't want my day and buying habits controlled by somebody else's kids. (Though I guess if ever the unforutate day comes where I do have kids I'll probably be singing a different toon. Though it's a bit different when it's own flesh and blood throwing a temper tantrum in the supermarket aisle and not someone else's. Corporal unishment FTW

Depending on the time and availability, I'd probably get 2 08 Bumblebees if the opportunity presented itself, If for no other reason than to have an extra if my original shipped damaged or I lose those pesky shoulder pieces I keep hearing about.

Why the heck would you visit violence on a man just because of his view on childeren? If someone physically harms or threatens your child, yeah go to town. But would you seriously consider confronting a man just because he doesn't like kids or bought a toy your child wanted? Seriously?

Yeah I think Bigdaddymcqueen went too far.

I actually don't want to have kids at all myself - whether or not they are bratty, there are literally too many kids around these days anyway. I feel a bit selfish to contributing to overpopulation just because I want my own child.

Besides, plenty of lonely orphans who might like a potential parent to adopt them.

Wow. I have no idea how the thread degenerated into this mess. Oh, I admit I was harsh in my comment and take full responsibility for the sledgehammer comment, but this? No. This went well beyond what I said. This is just...wow.
