I think you're going to need a lot more posts to get that - especially when the mods we have are really good....

I don't think getting post won't give you access to be mods. Only the mods decides who want to be mods.

I totally understand that - I'm just saying that being brand new with 20 posts isn't a good start either!

If you're even remotely serious, take yourself out in the backyard and beat yourself with a baseball bat until the pain subsides. (once you're past that point...brain damage has long since set in.)

1.) You do not *ASK* to become a moderator.

2.) You do not *DEMAND* to become a moderator.

3.) You are here by their graces and nothing else. You are not entitled to it, and probably should have your membership revoked.

4.) You do not talk about Fight Club.

(The first three are important, but at least keep number four close by.)

Lol even I don't ask to be a moderator. It is more likely that if you ask to be a moderator, they won't make you one.

The status of Moderator isn't given lightly. For one thing, you need a high post count to prove that you are an active user and will actively monitor the boards. Secodly, a record of good behavior always helps. And of course, don't ask to be a Moderator. If they need any new ones, they'll ask the best possible candidates. Mods are certainly not appointed upon request.
