I suppose I did get into the series at a time when there was a very large backlog and I could read large chunks at a time. Probably just more to do with that being my preferred method of reading than anything else.

It'll be a good read once it's complete but as a month to month story it's been difficult for me too. I've been saying a lot of highlights I liked but as a whole I've been very disappointed with the over pace of it.

True. Also, when you consider how Kaon died last issue, plus Overlord's comments.

Although, I would not be surprised if Overlord and Deathsaurus both shot Tarn.

I personally think Milne does a far better job with the badges than anyone else. they are all hand drawn whereas pretty much everyone else prints them on. The expressive badges are really awesome and now I regret forgetting to mention them in at least a review

I only noticed the one when when Rodimus is on fire but didn't think to much of it. I just asked Alex on Twitter, he said they've always been very expressive

Man, why can I never get a response from him? I've tried.

And yes, the badges have always been that way, and it is really awesome. Someone, I think Mkall, has Megatron in his sig with the Autobot insignia showing the same grimace his face is.

Tarns gave me a chuckle when he goes all revenge of the fallen bumblebee.

Honestly it's the first time he's ever responded to me

I've always liked Nicks. Especially LSOTW symbols. I'd like some reprolables of those. They made dons god awful war within ones

There were several callbacks that were pretty nice. the whole Ravage thing was one (who thought RotF would get a callback like that?). Marvel G1 Ratchet and Megatron has their moments, and these ones do as well. A nice pairing. then comes in Tarn and Overlord with the whole 86 movie "it's over prime" pose. All kinds of giggles to be found if you look close enough

Oh, crap. I think I've figured out how Megatron survives. Look at the final panel. There are three cannon-blast effects there. But if I remember correctly, Tarn's fusion cannon has always used the singular version of "CHOOM" instead of two. It seems likely that other people's guesses about someone shooting Tarn and Overlord (my money's honestly on Ultra Maximus) are indeed correct.

Weapon: Ionic Blaster
It's been a rough ride this season. It has started well but it lost the oomf when it delved more into the characters that don't interest me and their stories.

Probably the only person that likes him but I love Overlord, he's uncompromising and knows what to say to psychologically take a toll on others. When he described how he ripped rewinds limbs from his body and then bit on his head to kill him I genuinely enjoyed that because rewind is one of my least favourite characters and I loved the evil in his statement. Megatron, tarn and deathsaurus all have shown glimpses of redemtion but Overlord doesn't which is why I enjoy him

The death of Skids could be seen and I'm pretty disappointed he went out with kind of a whimper. One thing's for sure IDW won't kill any of the fembots which I thought perhaps they might have the stones to do in this issue but no.

The DJD are great but nickel still really bothers me. Cutesy design while also answering back to Tarn is bizarre.

I've seen the theories surrounding Megatron. I do think it'll be a last minute rescue from maybe the mutinous crew or perhaps Prowl. Roberts has said Prowl will be there at the end so maybe he arrives with some wreckers. I'm leaning more towards the crew saving the day but then again I can see their view point. Megatron not only defects after millions of years at war but becomes co captain of a vessel. Plenty of reason to turn. Interesting to see where things go
Looking to swap a takara Titan class fortress maximus head for a Hasbro US retail Titan fortress maximus head.

Would alternatively buy a Hasbro US retail fortress maximus head on its own if anyone had one for sale.

PM me.

Just a thought - There isn't an amount of time given between when Tarn and Overlord aim and when the shots ring out. I think the three shots come from:
- Deathsaurus, since Tarn neutered him and used his men for the same reason that made him hate Megatron;
- Overlord, because he wants to finish Megatron alone and could turn his weapon on Tarn at the last second; and
- Magnus, since he didn't return.
I think this sets up Megs and Magnus vs. Overlord, and Deathsaurus takes his wounded regimen and takes out the rest of the DJD to keep them from assisting.

Id really like to know where tarn has shown redemption. He's a cold blooded killer who has spent the entire war running a concentration camp or toting around the galaxy killing those he believes are against the cause. Even Killing those loyal but have a sense of individuality(blip) and is walking contradiction. His entire speech to blip about having ideas and beliefs is against the decepticon way yet it's okay for him to have ideas and beliefs.

He's a thug that hides behind a mask and kills for the enjoyment of killing.

Overlord can be described in one sentence: "notice me senpai!!!"

Overlord is chaos and evil and lifelessness summed up in one being. He is cold and honestly makes one of the best villains since he is so dark

Still Creepy to no end.

Also figured out something with one of my complaints. The reason for the spark-spasm producing temporary outliers is because of the quantum travel, hence why only these guys can actually do it. I feel a bit more satisfied with it now

I'd like to see him ripped in half, too, but I doubt that happens. Not without knowing who his benefactors are.

I do think the Black Box Consortium is responsible for bringing him back to life, and what if his target isn't just Megatron, but the leader of the DJD? Remember the fight over the duplicate Lost Light.

Anyway, I'm all for a super team up to take down the bully.

I think the benefactors are those organic like guys that have shown up like in issue 46 and are involved with the organics inside the fortress. and the BBC hate all machines, so I really can't seem them reviving one

Except we know Maximus doesn't find out about any of this for another three weeks and all the signals have been jammed which would rule out any of the protectobots finding the neceoplanet and socks none of them were there when they visited they don't know where it is.

TWO MAXIMUS TOO CONFUSING! Lol

It's obviously Magnus. It makes the most sense but sadly it also makes it a little anticlimactic if that's why it is. We know he's still on the battlefield.

Welp, now we know that the cannons can be switched from mold to mold! now all we need are titan master versions of Swerve and Rewing (though, thinking about it, Brawn, Nightbeat, and Siren are all titans masters and crewmembers... possibilities...) dangit, now I want to do that

The shoulder canons were the first thing I noticed in the preview. They've also been compared to the fold out arm canons on metroplex/fort max.

If you pick up power master Optimus you should be able to put them on CW Magnus and recreation it with some Titan master for fun especially since the shoulders can tilt a little at an angle

My thoughts exactly. When I saw the preview I was all excited that there were cockpits in his shoulders, but now it can actually be recreated! YES!
