I would assume these are off the table cause the last 4 sucked so much. Looks like almost everyone that got them is disappointed and replaces them as soon as something better comes along. (That's what I did)

I think in today's 3P market Igear's Mini bots will not sell esp for $50 a piece they want. the whole mold probably has less then 20 parts. What a rip off!

But if they've already been bought (especially by retailers) then have they actually been unsuccessful? If you've bought it and sold it, you still bought it. That still counts as a sale from iGear's point of view. And they still went ahead with their own Sharkticons, so obviously the length of time they take to put things out has no meaning to them.

Remember how long it too them to release their Ironhide and Ratchet? Wasn't it over two years? Maybe three? I think we'll have to wait a bit longer to see if their line really is dead or if they're just being extremely slow. Who knows? Maybe they learned something from the last minibots and are actually making sure these ones turn out alright.

I'm not saying their Minibots were unsuccessful. I'm saying that these will be unsuccessful, because the rest of the world has moved on while they're still making oversize legion figures with the wrong colors. I'm also not saying Igear won't make these, I'm saying if they want to make a smart business decision they'll move on from their minibot line and make that Impactor. wishful thinking

Has the rest of the world moved on? This thread was just bumped asking for news, after all.

Not to say I love anything here except Wheelie. But I think they still have a shot if they ever get around to finishing these.

I like it a lot. It's arm are questionable, but the render's actually oversized compared to the toy. It'll be Legends class, after all.

Sure, it'll probably transform a lot like Cogz ... and a lot of other TFs. "legs fold into the back" is a pretty common transformation.

What do you mean? these are close to DLX size now, Unless Igears said something I miss about going back to the legends size of their huffer and seaspray

perhaps my memory doesnt serve me well, but i thought the MW line was releasing figures fairly regularly. and it seemed to just... stop.

it makes me worried we'll never see these released, kind of like theres been no new headmasters released from toyworld. and say what you will, all flaws aside i really liked their designs.

Well, they released fairly well and then sent out a bunch of prototype shots. Then they stopped. I firmly believe that the only reason we saw them release their Sharkticons was because UT decided to steal their thunder and made their own very quickly. It probably diverted iG's attention.

iG must have some very limited resources. Remember, their Ironhide and Ratchet took forever to se release. iG may be one of the top 3rd party toy makers, but they haven't been able to produce like one yet.

They got the Sharkticons out, but also went full force with those Seekers.

I really don't want any more figures with that same arm transformation Not-Wheelie has, it just really isn't fun to pose at all on Duneraker and Cogz.

There was a gap between their original releases of Huff/Spray and the new upscaled figures Hench and UFO. The next real line of 4 figures (insert fake names here) all came out at once, and have been subject to scrutiny on the colors used (washed out).

It's possible that iGear is planning on another batch release of mini-warriors (especially if they are released BB/CJ), but no time frames have been established yet. I would imagine we'll get more news after their jets are released (maybe even some new hints in the packaging as well).

So, I think there's still hope in seeing these released.
