I have searched high and low for these figures. I managed to find the RTS legends first wave in some remote store near Sparta. Thank you very much for taking your time to read this.

Check Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and as someone mentioned, Kohls. Those are honestly your best bets for those figures as they never really hit major retail stores in the Illinois area. And when they did, they were gone within seconds.

It makes me so mad. I am not a scalper. I have hunted down my fair share of Transformers going to the ends of the Earth to find them and secure them. I repeatedly hit stores over and over and get looked at like I am a weirdo when looking through various toy isles (sp).

I'm with you 200%. Sometimes it seems like Hasbro's distributors think, "Oh, it' Illinois. They can wait four or five months before they get new figures. Or screw em, they just may not get them...they're not important." Personnally, if you are going to have a legitimate release date on a toy, that means it should be released EVERYWHERE ON THAT DAY. Period. It would certainly boost sales for the sellers.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

Target in Lombard, Yorktown Shopping Center (22nd St), had a bunch of the new DOTM Human Alliance Basics at around 1:00 today- Halftrack, Crosshairs, Reverb, and Dragstrip. I bought a Reverb and Dragstrip, neato.

I picked up Cannon Force Ironhide (Red) at the Rosemont Target this past weekend.

I grabbed the only Legends Class Soundwave at the Addison Target in Chicago.

Saw the new Marvel Transformers Crossovers glow-in-the-dark Iron Man figures at the Western TRU in Chicago. These have eluded me since February, but I didn't pick them up because they were $19.99 each, about $3 or $4 more than they should be. Hopefully these show up in bulk at a Marshall's or TJ Maxx at some point.

Addison Kmart in Chicago had a lone Cannon Force Ironhide, box was a little beat up but not a problem for those of you who will open him.

Who likes Power Core Combiners? TRU Golf Mill, around noon todya, had a single Undertow and Skyhammer, I bought Skyhammer. I looked for Heavytread but no dice.

I totally wasn't even looking for those, I was actually shopping for a friend of my daughter's birthday. Aside from Heavytread and a couple of the repaints, I have the full PCC line, they're great.

EDIT- Heavytread is the main figure, Groundspike is his minicon. Oops.

DOn't remember hearing anything about those figures. I haven't seen a Marvel Crossover around here in months. No one carries the line anymore...which is too bad- aside from a couple figures (Thor and dozer Hulk) they are great, soild figures. I wish the Punisher fig had come out...

You guys need to hit up the Five Below stores. Most of them have a whole end cap for of about a dozen or so each of the RTS Legends figures near the front of the store's cashier registers. At least they did about a month or two ago.

Here are their locations within a 25 mile radius of Seibertron.com's home zip code:

In case I'm not the only one who's waiting for the Speed Stars Leadfoot at Target, the store in Wood Dale on Irving has all the cubbies out in that Christmas stocking stuffer section, but no product yet. Good news is there is indeed a spot for this Leadfoot, DPCI 087-06-2387- haven't had the chance to check that number but it probably also applies to other items as well.

EDIT- for some reason, that DPCI pulls up about 60,000 items. Methinks something be not right here... :-?

Target on E State in Rockford has a bunch of the new HA basics. I took one of the Drag Strips figs, there were still two remaining when I left.

Target Rosemont has the Speed Stars Leadfoot car out, in the Christmas stocking stuffers section. I got 2- one for my collection, and one for the dashboard of my car, to replace the sun-faded original $42 car from 2007.

Thanks, but unfortunately I can't go the ebay route as my account is currently locked due to non-payment because I didn't have a job, which I just found a new one, so I may not HAVE to sell this stuff, though I might anyway :). Thanks anyway bud :)

You're quite welcome. I just signed a contract to work with the Rockford Ice Hogs AHL team (the Blackhawks farm club) on the training staff for the 9th year, so I also am gainfully (somewhat)employed (if woefully underpaid...LOL). I thought it was kind of funny that I was a training camp hold out...never saw much use to it before! Incidentally this is the first year I actually will have a salary... :-B So we need to celebrate. If we ever meet we can buy each other rounds! :KREMZEEK:

Quick FYI: just got my NYCC BB and Arcee package (and the SDCC Prime). I have to say, these figures are phenomenal! I really expected Arcee to be rather loose-jointed and difficult to stand (movie 1 Arcee anyone?) but she is very solid and stands extremely well. Highly recommended to anyone on the fence on the Prime line.

Right across from the Schaumburg Target at Rt.72 and Meachem. Parking there can be a pain since the lot is small.
