For those of you interested in the markets, I'm exstatic to see their share price go into freefall this week and finally drop to double figures of 98p a share.

For those of you wishing to put this into context, Aug 2007 the shares were averaging 700p per share, so as you can see this is getting far worse for the bank, lets just hope they don't collapse before I get a pay off

While I'm not an expert and able to predict totally what will happen, I can give a fair guess. If you have just normal accounts like current ones with wages paid in, then its not too much of an issue as if the bank goes under another one will take them over, or at least the investment division.

The shaky ground is people who have saving with them as these are only protected up to £50,000. My advise would be to switch to another bank in the coming weeks, that is of course just my opinion on what to do and if this does go media, I will give the good folks of this message board a few days heads up before the proverbial hits the fan

Hey folks we've got document list exchanges tomorrow which basically details all the evidence that the other side has and what will be shown at court.

As we need to post this at the same time to ensure we both dont "forget anything" I emailed the solicitors to confirm they would be posting tonight to arrive tomorrow.

Low and behold they said it would be with me tomorrow, but wouldnt specify when. Now I suspected they would wait to get mine in the post at 9am then doctor their own lists and courier them to me so I still get them on the day but technically they get them before me.

Might not seem like a big deal but when you consider I have a shedload of stuff which they don't know I've got I want them to looks like fools by not including loads as it only strengthens my case that they are liars and supressing evidence.

A few emails later and we are emailing at a specific time tomorrow and she has now said she will post a copy anyway (its 8pm here and she's just emailed) which means nothing had gone in today's post and I was right in my suspicions.

I will update tomorrow as this really is the pivotal moment in which we really see each others cards and see who has the most aces up their sleeves

Well spank me rosy....got the disclosure list today and there is next to nothing on there.

I guess they figure much better to under-disclose than over disclose and shoot themselves in the foot over evidence that need not be listed.

I will be calling up the court tomorrow to let them know and there is a high chance they will get fined for contempt and failure to comply with an order.

In other news, my expense claims that they agreed to pay as a goodwill gesture which are still not with me have now apparently been delayed as I need to clear tax. Cue...WTF, so I sent a snotty email to this HR bint asking how she thought that expenses were taxable, I await her reply as that should be amusing.

The only upside is that I can now ask to inspect the documents they have listed, which should be fun as I will need to be supervised while I do this at a rate of £485 per hour, should be fun way to rack up some costs for them.

Cheers for all the messages guys, I think they are just so arrogant in thinking they are a multi billion pound company and I am one man so clearly cannot do any damage.

You starting to see all the myriad plot threads here, stuff AHM they should make the next IDW arc about my time at Barclays.

In short it was sort of to do with there being an attraction there. To give you some background, we both worked together in the UK at the same level and there was some "sparkage" then I got promoted to his line manager when we moved abroad and decided to make a choice of being career focused (oh if I knew then what I know now) and distanced myself from him as nothing was actually going on, but being all alone in a foreign country is very hard as you have no friends except the few you work with so I tended to try to make new friends on the team (which he hated) and this all spiralled off into where we are now.

His work became **** and ridden with mistakes, he would screw up just so we would have 1-2-1 meetings so he could chat to me, which as you can guess didnt help matters until in the end I moved him to another manager as it was too complex to manage without being emotionally involved.

Like Dinobot once said, albeit slightly paraphrased, this is my tale, the good deeds with the bad, judge me however you see fit. Dunno if I in any way handled this badly and deserved him screwing me over so much, but still think he didnt have to actively join forced with my boss to stick the knife in and lie about his hotmail account to help them sack me.

The overidding issue is still the fraud, but without him they would have had no reason to sack me to cover this up, so I still think he played his part in this.

i'm going to be an ass and ask you to recap the entire story from the beginning. Just an overview, cos I kinda forgot what the whole fraud thing was about, and where this fella turned up.

Keep in mind that the original application to the court was 7 pages long with 45 main points. This is the "abridged" version with just the bare facts of the matter and none of the drama and emotion written into it.

Suffice to say worked for Bank, did well, boss a tosser, had issues with loser housemate, got own place, had to discipline loser housemate as he starts relationship with girl on team and lies about it (staff are forbidden from being involved in same dept in investment banks) then claims I am doing it out of jealousy. Complain to tosser boss who threatens me not to go HR, turns out tosser boss has been sleeping with girl in his team as well (Even bigger forbidden activity) I complain about fraud as well, I get demoted, I object, I then get pulled up on everything despite the fact I improved dept efficiency by a whopping 40%, then when I threaten to expose fraud all my emails are deleted, I have to go off sick for operation and told not to come back, work frantically look for reason to sack me, work cant find anything....

PAUSES FOR BREATH

Loser housemate teams up with tosser boss and claims his hotmail was hacked by me to get me sacked, work "find" evidence that hotmail was accessed on my work laptop and it matches the dates given by loser housemate therefore guilt is proven, also bonus was discussed with my aunt who lived in another country, work then sack me, skyshadowprimus (SSP) then reveals he has all the evidence such as the emails copied safely at home and will now be going to police to prove what work are up to, work crap pants, SSP has to leave country and come home as visa is revoked, SSP looses everything he owns and launches court case against bank.

Software piracy, making multiple copies of software on servers and installing them across the company, we're talking thousands of copies here and millions of pounds of piracy.

Other side was my loser housemate was flogging copies of software he used to get....interesting as he worked on the team who had access to the server with all the software files stored on and my tosser boss didnt want me to discipline him over this...makes you wonder where he was getting software from and who was maybe getting a cut.

Trust me when I say this story just gets filthier the deeper you dig

More updates folks, court have come back to me with a date and its been pulled forward.

12th March, so just over 4 weeks away.

This is only the first hearing to determine jurisdiction if this can be heard in the UK, I'm quietly confident I can get passed this stage as I tick all the boxes. If anyone is interested what these boxes are then refer to the link below:

Its a complex argument that was only decided in a house of lords ruling 3 years ago, and if I win as this is such an unusual case it could actually make case law.

Still we're a long way off winning yet, not sure what else major will happen between now and then but I'll be sure to update you on the 12th with the outcome of the day and what happens next.

Truth be told I'm still in shock over this as it has been going on for almost two years now and been so long coming that to be told its in 4 weeks is very real
