TFWIKI wrote:According to Hasbro, toys that represent flying characters are given more stringent drop tests and rounded/collapsible bits, as children (and the kind of adults who buy Transformers, actually) are more prone to throwing these figures around or ramming them into things (or people).

Versa wrote:Okay, he doesn't suck, but I spent over a half hour trying to figure out how to transform the movie Voyager Class autobot toy tonight. HOLY GOD! These instructions are worthless sometimes. One of the directions calls to rotate the whole torso around, but didn't appear to be able to move like that. You really gotta put some torque into it! I feel bad for any 5 year old trying to put that sucker together. My god what a nightmare! Had I been a little kid this thing would probably have been destroyed by now. Some very fragile parts.

I'm not totally convinced though about the look though.
his light piping on the other hand. needs a very bright light source to work properly. Like this. anything else just can't get through, the eyes are just too opaque.

I don't have either 'cuz I'm too poor, but from looking at the pics, the Ironhide toy looks too tall and lean when in the film he looks stocky and bulky, and the Ratchet toy looks too stocky and bulky when in the film he's tall and lean... how strange.
