no I haven't run into this on my figure. If you still have the receipt, I'd take it back to the store and exchange it for another or get a refund.

No problem with my Ironhide.

But Megatron is crap. Lots of loose joint. I don't even know what it's supposed to transform into. This is gonna break down pretty early.

I leave him in robot mode. For some reason when I try to get him back into truck mode he just doesn't stay together.

Mine doesn't have a problem. Are you sure its not just closed against the blue sternum piece, since its very dark, it can be kind of hard to see. You need to fold it up, away from the sternum piece.

I think Hasbro quality control must be on leave or something! I bought a deluxe Jazz with 2 left heels, took it back and they gave me one with NO HEAD, luckily they let me take the head from the first one! :-?

wow, now i've never run into that problem yet.
my mp-02 showed up with his foot hanging from his leg. i dropped a load in my britches. wised up and fit that baby in there like i worked for takara.
but to get two eff'd up figs in a row is ridiculous. it's not jazz's fault his arms suck. or any other part problem you might run into.

Yup leader class.
The automorph thing in his feet is quite useless. It won't lock.

I used to collect Kenner/Hasbro Star Wars and frequently had problems with bits! Messy paint jobs, pieces missing, pieces already broken straight out the box! So it comes as no shock when I find myself in the same boat with the TF stuff (I could of course just be jinxed).
