They screwed up. At 14sec. when they pan over the ship they show a wheeled front end loader. Then when ravage crashes into Rampage's Dozer blade and they pan over to show Mix master's Dog/decepticon figure on his hood, they show a decepticon logo on the tracked excavator that is now in place of the the front end Loader. But in Robot mode it looks like Scrapper. Why they put in that excavator is beyond me. Maybe the excavator was at some point supposed to be "Hightower". But at this point all evidence of hightower is that he is a crane. There was no crane on that ship.
Maybe at some point scrapper's character was going to be a tracked excavator and they changed him at the last minute. I mean if it was supposed to be the robot mode of that excavator that gets torn apart for megs, then that would make sense why
1.- We see him later battling in Egypt.
2.-Megs has treads.

But it does look to be Scrapper that gets axed.

Why is this debate still going on?
I know four things:
1. He has less screen time than Bonecrusher in 2007.
2. He dies shortly after said screen time.
3. He has a name we can use to describe him, "Ze little one", that's enough.
4. There are TONS of random nameless, altmodeless, "faceless" Decepticons in this film, why does it matter that there's one more?
And remember, knowing is half the battle!

The same goes for the "Bari-page" that captures Sam's parents, or was it Grind Out?
