You're confusing Batman and Iron Man. Yes, they're both rich, yes, they both tend to be dicks when out of costume, and yes, they're also dicks when in costume. But Iron Man has hand lasers and Batman has Robin.

He does, but like everything that should work against Kratos, (i.e. Death) Kratos is just too pissed to be effected by it.

Batman does have powered Bat-Suits as well. In Kingdom Come he had a powered batsuit he used to beat BANE and countless other criminals to a pulp with. So I wouldn't say that he couldn't win. Also the Batwing is capable of flight and weapons control without Batman flying it. So Technically :-B

, Batman could use his gadgets and all his Technology and beat Kratos.

Kratos killed the Olympian Gods. And then he killed the Titans for good measure. His reaction to dying is to fight his way out of Hades and continue with whatever he was doing before. Batman doesn't have a gadget for that. He doesn't have a can of God-killer-Repellent Bat-Spray.
