I don't recall ever being fondly attached to Terroraur either. though I think I blame Waspinator for hamming it up. I really would have expected him after Megs tbh.
SpikeyTigertron wrote:Did she or Tarantulus ever use their "toy" guns? I know Cheetors gutt riffle ended up being the "standard default back up gun".
I just honestly don't remember either spider blasting much.
Would be cool if they somehow keep her toy spindle effect and could hang from the stand.

DAMN!! It must be frigid in that convention hall 'cause girl I know you had some perky cans in the cartoon, but they were never THAT perky.

It might just be the gray prototyping that makes her "assets" appear more perky than most of the show then. Metallic colors can hide a lot of exaggeration, especially if they look like they're wearing the older bullet bras.

Blame Mainframe for taking advantage of the more lax censorship of 90's American syndicated programming television (versus the stricter censorship of 90's American block programming television).Ironhidensh wrote:GeekyGamer Gal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Looks like the show model to me.GeekyGamer Gal wrote:Sorry have to go here, but...

regardless, it feels inaporopriate. There is show accuracy, and then there is taking it too damn far, especially in this day and age.

You can see the pointy end of her right one (the left one from our perspective) in that screencap. The MP replicating those pointy ends is just Takara continuing their regular aim of show-accuracy. If anyone's to blame for the inappropriateness of BA's design, it's Mainframe for their having designed her like that in the first place 20+ years ago.

Her boobs barely fit into her suit. And this is a toy for kids.
And you just know that any figure of Emma Frost is gonna be dressed like a dominatrix.
I’m just saying, when it’s character appropriate, is it that big of a deal?

I don't disagree with your point of view, but we're 20+ years too late on this. The horse has been dead for two decades.Ironhidensh wrote:I just don't see how during the design process somebody was like, "wait, better add the nipples!"

Its plain not needed. A lack of nipples would not deter from screen accuracy in any way. Look, I get it, its something I would not have cared about a few years ago. Now though, I'm raising two young boys, and this is the **** they are surrounded by that I have to teach them is not okay.
I just don't see how during the design process somebody was like, "wait, better add the nipples!"
