i found a plaque stating that im part of the military in my attic,ill post pics tommarrow afternoon

no my parents were in the army so on the 19 of september aday before i was born a doccument was written that i became part of the 9th or 6th police military family

So what you're trying to inform us is that you have found some plaque stating that one or both of your parents were in the military?
