Movie Jazz

I keep on hearing that the movie jazz figure isnt good. is it because of the arms? or the lack of articulation? Im probably still going to get him but I was wondering what you guys think.

(Sorry if I spelled anything wrong  )

I think the hands, lack of screen time, and a dull paint job is the main cause... But I just saw a pic somewhere of an amazing kitbash (repaint w/ crazy battle damage) that made decide to get a silver version rather than the G1 repaint version that Ive been waiting on!!!

^ the battle damage jazz that is being released by hasbro? or the one that's in the kitbash section?

The figure is a real let down of a cool design of Jazz. Still worth getting but not before some others.

I really dig him. I would love him if he had real arms and hands.

It's still a nice figure in my opinion. And he was my favorite from the G1 cartoon so there's a certain love there that prevents me from really bashing the figure. I just don't like the "hands."

yeah, i like him....the arms are kinda lame, but it's ok. i like that it's still in perfect scale with other lines as a vehicle, as me and the boys quite often play with RID ultra magnus, and jazz fits on the car carrier quite well with energon wheeljack (downshift) and hot shot.

The arms are a massive let down for me, on what is an otherwise decent figure. He has a fairly simple transformation, but there are a few parts where you have to think for a second to remember what to do.

I'll probably also get the G1 redeco, but not sure, I really do hate the arms.

I just got the figure and it is really good. the arms dont bother me, and I found out how to do the shield/gun thing. I really recomend this figure if you dont have it. :D

jazz

Deluxe jazz is one of my favorite figures. The paint and design makes it look more real than others. Definately worth getting.

Jazz was my first tf movie toy. I got him back in early June, and only because he was a Solstice. I love Solstice and Camaro stuff, so I had to have him.

I was really impressed with him at first, because I hadn't owned a transformer in probably 15 years. I thought his transformation was cooler then my old Jazz I used to have.

But now that I've got several more movie toys to compare him to, he's my least favorite robot mode. I keep him on the shelf in Solstice mode and enjoy him more that way.
