First, use Magnus' large hands, not Prime's. Optimus Prime's large hands attatch together with the Autobot symbol part, as if they were in ************ mode. These then fit to the extra arm pieces (Magnus' forearms, pointing upwards) with a peg, and I position them behind his shoulders to look like another set of wings.
The ladder sits between the top guns, with the red handle-like parts holding it centred between. Then, the part with Prime's super mode head extends behind his back, and hooks underneath a part on the back, preventing it from falling off forwards, as well as providing enough weight to prevent him from toppling backwards. He can stand reasonably well and pose his arms, but it's hard to get him to bend his legs without falling over.
It's a little different from Skywarp-2's (the pic you gave). I wish I could show some pics, but I won't be able to post any today. Hope this helps anyway.
Actually that picture isn't mine, it's a picture form Primesaber's page.. if you really want a step by step way to construct your Omega Prime in that configuration he's the guy to ask..
http://www.primesaber.com/Also Primesaber I believe is a member of this forum ID#33636, it's probably a good idea to try and contact him through PM to ask him for help..
Here is a large version of that image just to refresh what he's trying to accomplish in case anyone else know how to do it..I have done it, but really have no clue how I got it to stay together since after I mastered Primesaber's configuration, which is down right awesome, I had to place them back into the box..for storage and space reasons..
