i saw this tralier twice yesterday once during baesketball the second during family guy.

i love the line that josh duhamel says (this isn't going well).

is there a shot of scorponok emerging from blackout? i think so and that was just bad ass.

Lastly I hope that they are not to much romance crap in this movie and I hope we get to see some flashbacks of the war. Be cool at the end of the credits we get a glimpse of Unicron heading towards earth or cybertron or the start on autobot city.

Linkin park isnt confirmed for the soundtrack as far as I know, they were in the trailer but that always happens. One song for the trailer but not in the actual movie soundtrack.

As far as Unicron goes why do so many people want this to rehash the 1986 movie? This is a new take so lets have new adventures and stories and not redo the same stuff over and over.

SAME 'OL SAME 'OL...

since i've heard rumors that the bots really don't start appearing until halfway through the movie, and we haven't seen a lot of the bots transform...i'm thinking there's only a few scenes of each bot in full robot mode. and we've seen the same stuff over and over...man hopefully this is the only completed stuff and the really cool shots are being saved.

I'm I the only one who thought it was clever for them to mention/have Judd Nelson appear immediately before the trailer aired?

As for the trailer itself, well, not really much "new exciting" stuff, but it was ok. Not sure which way the movie's gonna go, but I"m gonna see it on day one if I can.

No, I saw Judd Nelson too, and the first thought that went through my mind was Transformers. Then the commercial started, and I almost felt psychic

Thats really all of the new stuff, there was alot of stuff from the new trailer such as the 2 starscream transformations, Barricade starring down Sam, and Scorponok coming out of the ground

It looked really awsome on my dad's new 50" Plasma HDTV

Who and we did?

Yep, Simon Furman (THE Transformers writer for the Marvel, DW, and IDW comics) is from the UK. You guys also had the whole motivator/predator line, as well as the Overlord base figure, which we never saw here in the US. We did get some of these figures in the form of Machine Wars, but they weren't quite the same. Oh, and let's not forget those deluxe Actionmasters (such as Omega Spreem and Double Punch/Black Zarak).

I know, it would be nice to see you guys get some of the more current exclusives and other stuff. Maybe the movie will bring that around for you guys.
