I hope the people who've been wasting their time with conspiracy theories, bad mouthing Hasbro and the retailers as well as extremely over-exaggerating the "scalper" phenomenon take point about what I've been trying to point out to all of you in this thread. The figures were on their way and you'll know when they officially arrive. Today is that very day. Now's when you should be going out to the stores. If the figures are all gone by the time you go this weekend or if you wait until payday on the 15th, then that's your fault ... not Hasbro's, not the process, not the imaginary scalpers. The figures are out. If you want 'em, go to your local Toys R Us and ask them about the figures if you don't see them on the shelves. Have them look them up in their computer system. There's a smart way to look for new figures and then there's the not-so-smart way.

I wish I didn't have to work at 9am every day I could stop at Toys R Us. Grrr... That's the place I would think has the best selection, but even them when I go in after work has jack lately. Their section is really sad now.

I got lucky at Wal-Mart by my home last night because they had both a Leader and Voyager Megatron...I know most people hate it, but I got the Leader since it was there looking lonely. that's about *all* that WalMart had though.

I stopped at both TRU and Target during lunch break today. No new deluxe/voyage class figures yet.

I will try to check again this weekend, but I won't be suprised if there is nothing new.

i hit another target at lunch, the weird part was the entire action figure aisle was gone...

the aisle was there yesterday and consisted of the empty tranformers spots, and had the tmnt, gi joe, wwe , spiderman crap, but it was all gone.

the guy said the reset will be done on sat, but didnt say if they were adding new transformers stuff.

I have to say Hasbro has done a really crappy job this year keeping toys in production for this movie. Every other movie line of toys I've seen this year has been able to keep their toys stocked. I have very little nice things to say about Hasbro's TF line keeping stock. If they were banking on the movie doing so well they should have adjusted their production run. That goes for their other toy lines that are also hard to find.

WalMart finding ARE NOT a fluke right now. I have scored at WalMart two days straight now. Same stories amongst the local collectors. Not to mention the fact that Voyager Megatron has been found pretty much only at WalMart as prior to today. WalMart is worth a check. Maybe not nationwide yet but certainly in California.

Hey, I know this is the Target refresh thread but I went to TRU this morning and came out with Final Battle Jazz and Long arm, the tow truck joint, both deluxe. I hears they had a BB concept but employees grabbed that one before it reached the floor.

Well, there was sort of a restock today. Target had some Robot Replicas and one deluxe figure, woohoo! Oh and a Titanium Rodimus. Wal-Mart however had several Robot Replicas including Barricade, who I hadn't seen before, and quite a few Voyagers including Ironhide, Ratchet, Megatron and Blackout. There was also one Alternator Rumble hidden in the clearance section.

TRU had absolutely nothing. Hopefully more to come by this weekend.

I'll be checking TRU tomorrow before the weekend comes. I'll be crossing my fingers - if they have stock, that means south OC collectors have somewhere to buy from finally.

South Bay NorCal sighting:

Target (Hillsdale Ave.) Bunch of Robot Replicas Barricade & Unleashed Primes.

TRU (Blossom Hill Rd.) Had one Payload from the new 09 Bumblebee wave and that was it. I had them check in back and were all out.

TRU (Winchester) nothing; they put new stock out last night and all of it was gone.

Called the Target and turned up nothing and swung by Wal-Mart tonight. Walmart had moves stuff around, and had some Voyagers, but the pegs and pegs set aside for Deluxes were empty . Guess I'll check around tomorrow.

I never should have seen the new Transformers movie. Then, I never would have broken out my big box of Transformers toys while visiting my mom. Which means I prob would never have bought Voyager Ironhide, when i saw him at Meijers. Then I wouldnt have bought Voyager Ratchet at Walmart, or Leader Prime at wal mart, or Jazz from Hasbrotiyshop.com, which means I wouldnt need just '08 BB deluxe to complete my collection, which means I wouldnt be bashing my face into my keyboard right now.

Well I went to a further away shopping developement and hit their TRU, Wal-Mart, and Target. Nothing but a ton of protoforms, moviewise. I did use that $5 off coupon and pick up a TRU Exclusive 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal vs Megatron two pack. Was this a good find? I mean I'm glad I got it, as thier robot modes look awesome, but I don't even know if that was a sought after pack or not.

I called TRU in Pinole and they said they had 20 voyager class megs and 20 optimus (the person said they had boxes of em. Not sure if they got any deluxes (im sure they do) but im gunna stop by there tomorrow to pick up voyager optimus.
