most of the feedback is me buying but there are plenty of satisfied buyers i've sold to. let me know asap if you're interested as these figures probably won't last long. especially with the weekend here. i can try and hide them but that only works so well sometimes.

yes, it would be $17 with shipping included, but just for one figure. if there are still multiples when i pick them up shipping would be less for each additional figure. at that rate i would ask to pay in full and would then refund the extra shipping through paypal once figures shipped. i'm not looking to make money off of this, just purely trying to help fellow fans. i will check tomorrow to see what figures are still there and probably buy them to just make sure. i can always return the ones i don't sell to you guys.
i'll keep an eye out for perceptor and wreck-gar. i have mine, but they are hard to find soooo...

Sailor Destron - No problem about Scourge. Either way, you can get it through me or lucas maximus. Just like lucas, I'm just here to help out a fan. I'll depart Scourge for the price I paid at TRU + shipping (whatever USPS or UPS are charging the cheapest). Or, since I live in Toledo, you can pick it up at my restaurant or at the local comic shop (Game Room) I go to.

Stockade - I'll keep an eye out for both Wreck-Gar and Perceptor.

Lucas Maximus - Can you keep an eye out for Wreck-Gar and Perceptor for me, along with Wheeljack(one of my favorite G1) and Thundercracker, too? I'm hoping to find these toys at the retailers. If not, I'm hoping Motor City Comic Con or SDCC doesn't overcharges them.

So let's see--a quick recap of my hunting so far this week:

Walmarts in Lima--Kup and Scourge (one of each) at the store on Cable Road. Squat-all at the store on Harding Highway, unless you're looking for early HFTD stuff.

K-Mart in Lima--almost nothing on the pegs. Left a bloodied and beaten manager in front of the TF section, but I doubt they'll get the message.

Walmarts in Findlay--all mad-stocked with HFTD items at both locations, although the store on Tiffin Avenue did at least have a few each of Kup and Scourge. Decided not to pistol-whip a random employee in recognition of this slight progress.

Walmart in Tiffin--nothing. Rage...and urge...for new TF's...rising...

Walmarts in Fremont and Kenton--just for kicks and grins, I called the toy departments in these stores on Monday, during off-peak hours, and gave the people that I talked to on the phone specific descriptions of the newer stuff that's allegedly out. They both said that they didn't have any of them on the pegs--and also indicated that their levels of stock are still pretty high.

TRU in Lima--squat all, unless you're looking for HFTD stuff or even deluxes from the second wave of the original ROTF deluxe line.

On a non-TF related question, does anyone collect the Marvel Universe 3-3/4 inch figures, or at least take a peek at them in stores? I've been trying to find one of Warpath (from X-Men/X-Force) in his black and grey X-Force costume, but no luck.

Wapakoneta walmart - NOTHING. Approximately 8 figures for 9+ peg hooks???? I continue to condense them into 2 peg hooks. I go in a couple days later and they're spread out again. One fig per hook. I repeat the process. I sure hope i'm aggrivating the hell outta someone.

Vanwert walmart - NOTHING AND WORSE. 4 Figs and 9+ peg hooks.

That's it!!! I've had it!!! I broke down and ordered online. I'm sick and tired of Tuner Flaps and other old stock, high gas prices, and empty shelves.

Doc, I do collect some of the Marvel figures and I remembered that I saw a couple Warpath (X-Force version) up here in Toledo. I don't remembered where I saw it. It was either at the TRU or at Target, or it could be at Walmart. But I'll stop by at those places this weekend to see if it's still there. I'm hoping it's still there because it's a chase variant.

The restaurant is on the border of Michigan/Ohio (Lambertville, MI). Just north on Secor Rd. And yes, it'll be nice to have another Transformers fan in the area to talk to.

I might do the same, but I will still go out to the stores each week. I might hold off after Motor City Comic Convention. I'm hoping to find some of the Transformers over there (If the price is right).


I'm going up to Detroit to watch the Detroit Red Wings playoff game. Afterward, I'm going to stop by a couple retailers to see if I can find some toys. I'm hoping that Detroit got some new stock.

Ditto for me as well, still no Perceptor and Wreck-Gar, but i do have United Wheeljack and Scourge coming in the next couple days, but still not nothing on the shelves anywhere and im finding myself collect Joe stuff cause their more realistic and readily available and cheaper! Plus my addiction to plastic crack is hard to fight off so i have to buy something since Hasbro is really sucking in the Transformer dept right now.

we've got two kups and two scourges left. i haven't picked up any because i haven't heard anything definitive once the other figure was offered to you aside from your quoted post up there.

I hate to burst your bubbles, guys, but seriously...if retailers are canceling orders, then it's time for you to order them from BBTS and the like.

The time, energy, and gas spent on the search is a bigger waste than paying shipping and markup costs.

Hate to say it, but Autobot032 is right! with gas prices going up and up and along with everything else, online buying it is then.

JP, I appreciate you keeping an eye out for Warpath too. What's funny is that I've seen him in the stores in my area exactly once, and he was in his red-and-blue costume instead of the X-Force one.

Checked the Walmart on Cable Road in Lima--nothing. Ditto the Walmart in Ottawa.

Our kid exchange student was taking an exam today in the Akron area so I decided to do some poking around. It seems like Didd, Lee, and Squatt made it to the store before me. Apparently, the the Bubbkiss brothers we not far behind them.

I have some friends on TFW2005 that found a Wreck-Gar in a local Krogers down south for $10.99! So It may not hurt to drop by a local Krogers to check out the toy section.

Tuesday I saw Kup and Scourge at the Walmart in down town Canton. There were about 2 of each.

I saw that post too. Closest to me is a bit out of the way though. I have to find a way to justify the trip to the boss. LOL

We checked Mansfield krogers and came up empty. It wasn't a total loss though. We popped into a walgreens and found animated swoop waiting. The wife was happy. LOL

Ive had luck finding Kup and Scourge in Canton Walmart and Target. I have an extra Kup I want to trade. message me if your interested.

Anyone think it would be a good idea or fun to show how pathetic your local stores TF isle is? I'm glad to see that Seibertron has acknowledged that it's a problem and hopefully it will get back to Hasbro. Even though we all know that Hasbro will shrug it off as a who cares. They are obviously showing a loss cause they are making too much crap and flooding the stores with these repaints and duplicates that are utterly ridiculous. Repaints should not be release within a year of the original, i'd say. Ughhh I could go on for hours.....

Hey guys, check your local Gabriel Brothers. They have all the new RtS and Generations figures. Normally they're a close out store, but this is an Easter promotion they've been doing since the first of the month. Can't guarantee they have anything good left, but it's worth a shot. The Erie PA store had Perceptor and G2 Optimus. $9.99 a piece.
