I was going to ask why the stores in NW Ohio, particularly the Toledo (um Oregon and Perrysburg areas) are the worst and are so far behind. I have yet to see a Scourge, I was lucky to find a Tracks, and have seen maybe five "reveal the shield"- not including the Cyclonus+Rodimus two pack.
