Jeez--you weren't kidding when you've been telling me about them. They look about the same as the Walmart on Cable Road here in Lima, sadly.

Although I also did hear that the new Walmart on Allentown Road in Lima opens on June 1st. Probably too much to hope that they have all new stuff in...

I checked Mansfield GB today and that place is a wasteland. Only thing left is RtS Bee. I picked up the G2 Prime in anticipation for possibly trading. The wife said she wasn't sure about getting him so I still have him in package until she decides one way or the other.

You can get Bee on BBTS for 12 bucks if it means anything to you.

Some are so bad that they are still carrying ROTF Skids or Mudflap (I can't remember which one)

It really stinks...

I was going to ask why the stores in NW Ohio, particularly the Toledo (um Oregon and Perrysburg areas) are the worst and are so far behind. I have yet to see a Scourge, I was lucky to find a Tracks, and have seen maybe five "reveal the shield"- not including the Cyclonus+Rodimus two pack.

SD, I'm not sure where in the T-town area you are, but if you're up for a drive to Findlay, the Walmart on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay has a few each of Kup and Scourge--saw them yesterday morning.

Oh, it's not just an Ohio issue, guys. It's the same here in PA. I'm near the border, so I can check stores in both states and it's pretty much the same all over.

Although, my Wal-Mart has restocked and carried the Kup/Scourge wave ONCE. However, it's now chock full of Cliffjumpers, Skullgrins, etc. I had no idea how much those G1 homages would become shelf/peg warmers. Main characters sell like hotcakes, but these fringe characters can't sell worth a crap.

I picked up WG and Percep at Gabriel for 9.99 a piece. The same price was on the Prime and Bee's as well. We already have prime and Bee so we didn't need them. Now we just need to get lucky one more time with another WG so we can have one cycle and one rider.

I'm in downtown Chicago now so we are itching to get looking. Even if we only find animated the wife will be happy. Her last ani figure she got was waspinator.

Thank you for tip, I might take a drive out there one of these days.

I live in this little dinky village that is like an hour away from everything :-(

So like I was saying I usually go to the Oregon (does anyone even know where that's at?) and Perrysburg stores, sometimes get into the actual city. The best place I found was the Walmart across from the University Medical Center (as I had mentioned earlier), however since I'm always with my dad when we go out there and he is scared to death of the place (umm he dosen't like Walmart or Toledo), I don't get the oppertunity.

And I think that someone should be doing something about the lack of Transformers in this area! (Hasbro maybe? I don't know who's responsible for this kind of thing.)

Lol--I know where Oregon's at. I'm from the Toledo area originally--went to St. John's for high school, and lived in BG for fourteen years before relocating to Lima.

The Alexis Road TRU used to seem to get newer stock in before the other stores in the city, as I recall. But with the current drought of new stock, that's probably a moot point now, unfortunately.

From what I've been reading, it sounds like it's largely in the hands of the retailers not wanting to bombard their shelves with new stock, as they apparently consider this time of year to still be recovering from Christmas. But I agree with you too--all of the stores that I check regularly are choked with old stock, or have little to no stock at all.

Scored a Scourge at the Centerville Target on Feedwire. He was the only one I saw, no sign of Kup. In good news though they have clearanced all of the old HTFD figures and older RTS figures. I snagged a tracks for 8.38 on clearance and they still had another Tracks and Jazz at that price left on an endcap. Hopefully this means they are clearing room for the newer waves.

Was out and about this evening and stopped by a few places to check and see if anything new was in yet. Found a Kup at the ToysRUs in Miamisburg and found one Kup and one Scourge at Wal-Mart in Moraine. Picked up the Scourge for my Armada, have the United version on the way. Looks like things are slowly coming in.

You went to SJJ? When did you graduated from there because my brother went there, too. Unlike my brother I went to St. Francis instead. LOL.

I didn't find anything up in Ann Arbor today except for cool Green Lantern toys. And still no Warpath for Stockade, yet... I mean, for Doc.

I graduated SJJ in '93, and went to BGSU for my undergrad and grad work. I get to T-town when I can, despite living in Lima, but it's been about a month and a half since I was up there (my last trip was to Guitar Center to see if they had an amplifier I wanted).

Every so often, years and years ago, my best friend and I would do a toy hunt through the city, stopping at all of the Meijers, Walmarts, Targets, and TRU's in the city and surrounding area. We'd start at Alexis Road and work our way back south. Made some good hauls that way, too.

Ann Arbor's store called Wizzywig used to have some good Japanese TF's in--that's where I got a lot of stuff from BW II, BW Neo, and Car Robots. Even bought my Brave Maximus there.

I'll start hitting my usual route of stores again tomorrow--although still don't expect to find anything...
