Hi! Just wanted to know if anyone can give me a update or progress report on the petition for getting a G1 movie version of Arcee made for us serious G1 fan collectors!

Petition? I have no idea what you're talking about. There is going to be a movie style Arcee figure, but we don't even know if it's a girl.

I find it ENTRILY unlikly we'll get repaints from earlier lines in the movie line, just dosnt fit the existing movie toys.

Actually, from what I saw in the listings, it's going to be of deluze size, whatever she's going to become.

Just because it doesn't fit the movie aesthetic doesn't mean Hasbro won't market it with the movie line. This is Hasbro we're talking about. They can't do a whole line without repaints.

The Scout class Arcee listed is almost certainly going to be a repaint of the Energon toy. Arcee is seen on the cover of the 1st movie prequel and the design is pretty clearly a MICHALBAY'D! version of the Energon toy, still in it's Cybertronian form. Wouldn't be the first time Hasbro has let the IDW guys in on toy info so they can work it into their comics.

Sure maybe the scout might be an E-repaint but there is a deluxe Arcee on that list.

As for the cover, does it say in the book that, that is Arcee? Looks feminine I guess but it also looks like it could be Jazz in his Cybertronian mode.

Arcee is confirmed to be in the story. And IDW has let some thinly veiled comments that it's her. Including 'Check out the preview cover for a bot who was in the movie but dropped.' Arcee and Soundwave are the only two characters who were without a doubt planned for the movie and then dropped.

There's someone here at Seibertron that got a preview copy of the book, they could confirm it for us.
