The Energon Pub

I've had it with these guys. Once again I stupidly placed an order with them and once again their stock was out (even though their site says it was in stock), and they respond asking me to 'buy something else.' Of course, they don't notify me until after I ask what is going on with my order. No communication at all. I have to initiate. Anyway, I peruse their site, can't find anything I want. So, I politely request a refund... 3 times (3rd time was a stern request) ...3 times! I'm still waiting....

This is the 2nd time I've had to go through this with them. Looks like I'll be opening another case up with PayPal. Never again will order from them, and it's a shame this site is allowed to be a supporting vendor here.

I hope none of you are unlucky enough to order something at RobotKingdom that is 'in stock' but is actually out of stock.
