besides wouldn't it be easier to just get cw devy? Or is a look from the not very good cartoon more important?

More articulation, ratcheted combined mode shoulders, and purple hands is important to me. [-(

Devy should be in stock somewhere by then. It's still in stock on TFsource, which is where I'd prefer to get him, but if I have to I'll pay a couple extra bucks to get him on Amazon.
