I noticed that the protoform Starscream has an intelligence rating of 9, and the voyager class has a rating of 4. What's up with that?

He becomes retarded because of being a Bayformer...

Apparently the Voyager IQ test is a little more difficult. I heard he had the flu the morning he took that one too.

Well he is the mastermind behind getting to Megatron. Maybe something happens in the movie where he's reduced to a Beast Wars Scorponok intelligence.

Actually, they implanted W.'s thoughts inside of his brain module causing the degraded intelligence. With that being the case, having a 4 is actually very hign.

Since when was Starscream brilliant? He would constantly say he was going to overthrow Megatron to his face. He then proceeded to get slapp around by Megatron, and then later he got vaporized.

If Screamer had any common sense, he'd keep his mouth shut, pretended he was Megatron's loyal servant, then stabbed him in the back when he least expected it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Starscream already been there, done that?

Seeing as how every single one of these robots can reconfigure themselves into complex altmodes by a simple scan and then put out a design AND redesign themselves in under 15 seconds...




There's no reason any of these should have a lower Intelligence rating than 10.

Unless someone a Hulk characterisation could be an outstanding architect of engineer.

I don't see why transformation should be linked to intelligence.

The ability to scan and reconfigure is more than likely part of their basic core programming. Part of the survival instinct.

Perhaps he hit his head when he crashed or the confiend body of human jets limits his inteligence

Is the Protoform mode and the Voyager class in the smae movie? Dumb question I know, but it is something I really don't know.

It's probably because they throw stats in arbitrarily for anyonewho isn't getting all 10s anyway.

Been there, done that? Um... I guess so, that's basically Starscream's entire character. If he's not trying to overthrow Megs, he isn't really Starscream... I don't really get what you're trying to say, tbh.
