Wow that looks really good. I think Dev too, that part isn't hard to figure out...

...But what head was it before? I have a feeling it was from RID UM but I'm ganna see what others guess as well.

I think you're right, it definitely looks like an ex-Magnus. Tasty work. Can't wait to see what you're doing with the rest of him.

it definately looks like devastator but the expression is wrong. looks like a tech-y instead of the powerhouse we all know and love. not much you can do though

You never know, maybe there's a backstory to this new Devastator... maybe the Constructicons were finally able to upgrade the interlock systems so Devastator's not a dumbass anymore, or maybe this version is an integrated one like the ActionMaster - no more conflicting minds.

Its actually a fusion of the traditional G1's Devastator and the WarWithin's plus alittle additional touch...

The face is from the ShogunMegazord, goggles helmet BFS using styrene...

Actually I havent thought of any storyline yet.. But was hoping maybe it would go something like this... (going to sound something like TransformersTheMovie.)

After the great cybertronian war, all the deceptions are driven out of Cybertron, escaping to the deep space with the aid of Astrotrain... But having all damaged and wornout, Astrotrain burned out his last bit of his spark, with all the decepticons in his passenger cabin, Astrotrain's body slowly drifty through the space and landed on this monster planet Unicron, who later reformated all the decepticons making them his pawns... And Devastator is also being "upgraded" with a more intelligent mind(constructicons are scientist and builders afterall)... Now the all new Devastator is not just a powerhouse but a strategist as well...

There U go, a small little crappy story.... Not very good in writing stories... :oops:

Ah, so he's a Unicron upgrade? I pictured the C-cons holing themselves up somewhere and illicitly doing the mods themselves (since if Megatron knew about it, he'd stop them). But this could also work.

I'd never have guessed that head came from a Megazord, though - I'd've sworn it was Magnus.

So what are you doing with this guy? Is he going to be modded from the G1 or Energon Constructicons, or some other random toy or bootleg? Or even a scratchbuild..?

Before reading I saw Computron's head....

I was never too informed with the War Within story...i'm happy to have just learned that there is a WW Devastator (call me retard!). I just can't find images on the net of this big guy...
Anyway, I'd like to see more of your project as it goes.
