TF Movie Game - Help!!!

Postby Obi-Wan Kenobi » Tue Jul 10, 2007 11:10 pm

Has anybody been able to beat the submission Destruction at Soccant Military Base using Scorponok. His gus are pea shooters, he's slow as molasses and his armor is paper thin.

What's the secret to getting 100% destruction?

Thanks in advance.

Weapon: Sniper Rifle
Go after the buildings. Structures give huge percentages of destruction. Destroy helicopters when you need health.

Circle around the outside in a clockwise direction, shooting at the buildings as you go around. Keep moving to stay away from enemies and stay on the road to avoid accidently diving into the sand. Once you've gone around the entire area, you should be at least in the 80's. Then just head into the middle and start destroying everything in site.

Simple. Every boss in the game fights in 'waves,' it seems. They fight, then when you've hurt them enough, they run/call in drones, then they come back, and repeat.

Megs is easy.
When he's flying, avoid him. Climb a building or something.
When he's running/ramming, avoid him. Pick up an object.
When he's standing still after running/ramming, throw the object at him.
When he gets hit by the object and runs towards you, beat the crap out of him.
When he gets hit enough times, he'll run/fly away.
Repeat about four times.

Protip: helicopters drop health, so if you need health, climb a building, cause some destruction, blow up the choppers, collect health cubes, repeat.

He was after the flamethrower. He kept ramming and nothing I threw at him would stop him.

Throw something at him to stop him, then close in for the kill. Whatever he's using. Though you might have trouble with the fourth time.

I have the PC version, so I couldn't get the various fun achievements... but beating up stuff with the Baseball bat and fish in the Suburb environment is fun as hell!

Yeah, the game is simple and too. I cleared it 100% and I still want more. I reinstalled it and might just try to get 100% again, just to feel as if the game has more play value...

You aren ot the only one, and yes with the bat is really fun but I like the picture with the donut, too, a big Bot want his donut.
I really appreciate if they gave also some missions with Bonecrusher and Brawl but no they didn't.... :?

I agree. There should have been Ratchet missions (maybe something like Ambulance missions in GTA), Stealth missions as Frenzy, Destruction missions as Brawl, and I think that a mission as Bonecrusher would have been cool (like he's in the desert minefield with other Decepticons, and there's a sandstorm so their sensory equipment's offline; Bonecrusher must lead them out of there). Or even simpler, the Starscream missions where you must defend Bonecrusher/Brawl could have just been PLAY AS Bonecrusher or Brawl...

I don't think they will either. Oh well; if the game wasn't rushed because of the movie, it'd have been better for sure.

When playing as the Autobots, you'll find Autobot symbols floating around. There are 5 per level (except for the final Megs fight and the Cybertron level). Collect all of the Autobot logos to unlock G1 Prime. Activate him by going to the Bonus Features menu and enabling him.

Similarly, to get G1 Megatron, get the Decepticon symbols.

Good luck!

help

Postby saintsfan1983 » Wed Aug 08, 2007 7:57 am

I am stuck in both autobot campaign and decepticon campaign. I can't beat starscream and blackout with Jazz, and I can't accomplish crap with Megatron. Any advice.
What Transformer are you? (Movie)

My Results:

Ironhide

You are the weapon specialist. You are probably the only Autobot who doesn't give a crud about the humans and repeatedly asks permission to blow something up. You are very strong and big as well as always suggesting the BIGGER sort of weapon. You are also good at sports; mostly contact sports. You can be easily irritated and may have anger issues. You also have a huge truck mode. Sweet.

For the Jazz mission: when they are flying, get out of the way! Move into a sidestreet so they don't hit you with their waves. Then shoot them until they transform and fight them like you would any other enemy. It's pretty simple, just make sure to grab the Health cubes if you need them!

As for the 'can't do crap with Megs,' you'll have to give me a little more information. Where are you?

Try to focus on Starscream first. If you need health, shoot the closest one and run away. They will stay still blocking, giving you time to get to one of the healths.

Oh, and the cons regain a bit of health when they transform into alt mode. Just to give you a bit of inspiration.

I did Starscream first because he was the least deadly in alt mode. HIs strafing is no where near as effective as Blackout's hovering.

Which ever one you take out first, focus on the one con as much as you can.

Not just that I always think if Melbourne House could make a better Movie game besides the Armada game rocked for his time and still do.

Well, the game is made by Activision and Traveller's Tales. TT worked with LucasArts on the Lego Star Wars games, and those OWN.
