Lord Crump wrote:I really love my Classics Jetfire. He's one of the few transformers I am guranteed to transform at least twice a day. He's not on my desk however; no, he's in my massive Classics display on my top shelf!!!
Truly, he is beautiful in all three modes. I love how they combined the WWI design (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not sure which design it is) and the G1 design, the helmet is great and well detailed, and spots that would never see the sun have incredible detail!
Easily worth £20.
The greatest bonus of all: no sound effects!!!
Overcracker wrote:I was just recently able to get Classics Jetfire, and he is a great figure. The backpack makes him a little top heavy and so requires some handling to get in more complex poses. But he looks absolutely amazing.
He's got lotsa of articulation, although i would have liked a rotating joint on his upper thigh instead of or in addition to the one below his knee.
He is fully armed. and his battle helmet looks pretty good.
All in all a great purchase, at 12.99.
Ahh for 20 more in the deal i also got Cyb Primus. He looks awesome, just haven't had time to take him out of his box.
Overcracker wrote:I bought him at my local Wal-Mart from the clearance bin. He was in there with a couple of Classics Primes, and a Cybertron Demolishor re-color, forget his name.
In any case, he was the only one there, and i was kind of surprised to see Primus that cheap also. I guess they where updating their computers or something, cause i scanned Primus 3 times, the first time he came up as a 9.99 Deluxe Bumblebee.
And I'm like waaaaaait a minute... so i scan him again and he pops up as Primus at 39.99, so just to be sure i scanned him a third time and he pops up as Primus but at 19.99, that's when i ran to the checkout. The cashier registered as Primus 19.99. It was pretty weird.

How did you get Jetfire for that price? I had to pay the full $21.99 at Toys R Us, because NO ONE had him, and no one still does. Like the Titanium G1 Ultra Magnus of the Classics line...
Anyway, I have so much love for Classics Voyager Jetfire.
He IS THE CLASSICS figure to have. If you can only have one, he is IT.
He takes style, design, and engineering to a whole new level. He is also built like a tank. I just LOVE that.

That right there is the reason I hate the figure. It might be the stupidest exclusion on a figure I've ever seen. Without that his leg posability goes down the shitter in comparison with his upper body. Too bad too because if that had been included I would have loved the figure.
spiritofcat wrote:One of the 'ears' on my one's helmet was put on a bit of an angle, so it looks a bit strange, and the rotation below the knee instead oif above is really annoying too. Other than that I really do love him a lot. Such a great homage to both the original cartoon and the original toy.
wmpyr wrote:I got classics Meg instead, but I have to admit,
classics Jetfire is the numero uno classics figure.

A decade from now, when most of this new stuff is forgotten, Classics Voyager Jetfire will remain a classic with collectors.

Alex Kingdom wrote:Classics jetfire is bloody fantastic, however he isn't perfect, the ears on his helmet really let him down. So I mod'ed them, sure it means I have to leave the helmet out of the transformation and the jet-mode has a couple of holes in it but it makes him more accurate to Stormbringer Jetfire and most importantly not look retarded with his helmet on.
