Would like to have seen what would have happen had Favre not been knocked out of the game. Of course I would have just liked to have seen the game at all :P

True, i thought that was sad that he left the game early. Then one of the Cowboys was injured as well so. It's fair i guess?? I thought it was a pretty good and close game.

Y'know, I'm playing three fantasy teams this year. I have now lost 14 QBs to injury...this is just ridiculous. What's worse than that? Oh yeah, my WIFE is leading the league with an 11-1 record...

God, I'm depressed...

A another Cowboy fan (and Transformer Fan) went with me to the bar last night and we watched the game there (while surrounded by about 100 Packer Fans).

Oh yeah, if Chicago beats the Giants on Sunday, we clinch the NFC East!

Favre was doing terrible before getting injured. 2 interceptions and 0 touchdowns. Prior to injury, I believe Dallas was winning 27-10. Rodgers came in and made it a game.

New England just had probably their biggest scare of the year against Baltimore. Baltimore's defense just handed them a win despite Kyle Boller's hail mary pass almost winning the game.

I still so hate the Patriots. That has got to be the damn luckiest team I have ever seen in my life. And it all started because of that damn tuck rule! Take that play away and history is rewritten.

On another note, I would like to apologize to all of those in the national audience that had to watch the last two god awful Steeler games. I feel much shame. :(

I have one question.

I know the Patriots(and many other teams) had 21 on them somewhere for Sean Taylor.

But what was the 91 for?

The year may not be over but Bears fans everywhere will celebrate a PERFECT season now...for the only thing that matters to us every year has occurred: HEY GREEN BAY, HOW'D THAT TASTE EH????? I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE 'GOOD' IN FROZEN WASTELANDS!

I raise a cup of glugg in honor of my Bears...2-0 against Green Bay this season...and that's all tha matters... :APPLAUSE:    :APPLAUSE:

I second that. i don't care if they go 16-0 in the regular season. I fully expect Indy or Pittsburgh to beat them in the playoffs...they just have been looking tired on defense and they only put up 28 on Miami.

As far as I'm concerned also, the Hoodie is a cheat and is likely still doing it; the Pats haven't "earned" their perfect season. And I'm sorry, but I still think the 1985 Bears would crush the Pats in a head to head. It wasn't the 15-1 regular season that made da Bears the greatest ever. It was the back to back shutouts in the playoffs and a total combined outscoring of 89-10 in three postseason games, including that 46-10 pasting of NE in SB20. The 1972 Dolphins went 17-0 yes, but all but three of their wins were by 7 or fewer points. The Bears dominated in a way that hasn't been seen before or since. And I know John Madden (no matter how senile he is) agrees with me. The Patriots TV Netword..ERRRRRRR...ESPN would have you believe the Pats are the greatest ever. Nope. Luckiest is more like it.

Don't care much for the Pats one way or the other but it was great to see them go 16-0. Seeing history in the making makes me put aside any feeling for them. My question now is does it mean anything if they don't win the Superbowl?

Sure it does, going 16-0 in the age of salary cap is no mean feat.

I'm still trying to decide if I hate New England or the 1972 Dolphins more. DId you see Mercury Morris' quote? OMG! "We have to pole...they have the 'outside pole'. I'll have to embrace the fact that we may have company." You have to be kidding me!??!? :-x

I wonder where the Hoodie has his signal stealing cameras now since he can't put it in his usual place. They've looked at game tapes from the past and ID'd his cameraman in other games so the Jets game wasn't a one time thing. I reiterate, as far as I'm concerned this record is tainted...he is a cheat, plain and simple.

I also think that 19-0 isn't going to happen. THey will get beat by either Indy or Jacksonville- who has quietly become the second hottest team in the league. So alll this celebration will be for naught in the end.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

All this hate for the Pats. Phsaw. The team breaks 3 records last night, Moss has probaly the best comeback story in the last 10 years, and have beaten the Colts in the regular season.

Winning 16 games in a row isn't just a fluke kind of dealy.

I think the Patriots can also get through the playoffs. Indy and Jax are going to be hard to beat as any other team so far, no question, but I think the Pats could work it out.

If we lose to either of those teams, though, my moneys on it being Jacksonville.

Moss didn't have a comeback. He quit in his two sesasons in Oakland. I've heard a lot lately about how much better Moss makes the QB's he's working with. DIdn't seem to make much of a difference with the Raiders did he? He's a quitter.

As far as beating the Colts, yep. Barely. Without Marvin Harrison, 2 starting offensive linemen, Dallas Clark, Joseph Addai, Bob Sanders, Dwight Freeney, and three other defensive starters. Now that the Colts are getting healthy again, I fully expect a reversal of fortune. The Colts are peaking right now (as are the Jaguars starters...the backups lost to Houston today). I expect them to repeat in the Super bowl.
