Ok i'm at position 1:36:7, planets called Daygobah. I got a espionage report saying someone was spying on my planet. I did a counter espionage and this guys armed to the teeth compaired to me, think i might be getting nuked pretty soon :lol:

Some wankhorse in uni 37 sent 150 battleships and 25 battlecruisers to my homeworld.


Needless to say, I lost all 20 battleships, 30 HFs, 45 LFs, 18 LCs and 5 HCs.


My defenses were mostly all repaired.
I will not be rebuilding the fleet for a while. I'm just gonna build gauss cannons and research plasma tech from now on. And finish building my IPs :twisted:

If you guys know if an attack is coming, why don't you move your fleets to another planet if you know you can't beat it. That way your ships do not get destroyed which leaves less debris for him to recycle. Only his ships get destroyed by your planet defenses. This will save you money in in rebuilding your fleet. I know in Astro Empires, your sensers could see the movement in your area up for a certain time or distance away. Plus if they were coming directly to your planet you could see them. Get your fleets off your planets if you know you can't win.

Sorry, I can't probe the guy cus he's protected from me. Join the alliance and I'll send you some res to help out with some defence.

Dealer - the only time I'm not fleetsaving is when I'm in front of my computer. I fleetsave even if I want to play Zelda for an hour. That's why I have 15,000 points and you have 6,000 :P
The thing with building up your defences to uber-turtle levels is it takes tiiime. I've been stocking up on research and defence for almost a month now, and I still feel at risk. Like I said on the alliance page, I want a defence net that can take out a deathstar before I build my bombers and battleships again.

Ok i applied to the Seibs Alliance :)

I made the mistake of sending out a recycler to farm someone else debris, it did collect all the ores and stuff but then it took it to his planet not mine :lol:

He was kind enough to send the stuff back to me, although i got a warning not to do it again.

I got hit by Coffee Pixie, the #3 player in uni37. To make it worse I mistimed the arrival of my fleetsave - the attack hit me less than an hour before I got home from work :-x Lost over 300,000 res and my fleet.

Anyways, my uni 20 homeworld got hit as well by another beast fleet.

All of the battleships are dead. All 25 :(


So, I'm just gonna turtle. It may take time Daneki, but at least my cannons won't be as big a target as battleships- which are very much floating back cheques.

Apparently I'm doing a good job of turtling - I haven't been attacked for over three weeks now.


Would it be okay if I relocated this to Sebertron's Video Game Forum?


Technically, now that HMW is up and running full steam again, that's where this thread should be, but what I'm really looking at is the potential to pick up some new recruits for the Alliance. :wink:
