Tri Logo?

Yeah, In England and Europe we get the Tri-logo packaging, basically, it looks the same but the info on the back is in several languages and the Picture on the front is a photo of the toy in Converted mode! In America you get a cool artist impression of the robots head and all the writing is in English! Also you get all the stats on the back!

Oh yeah, anyone else noticed that this version of Bumblebee seems to be Orange???

Strange, since all my movie boxes have artists renditions of the bots heads on them, and all of them i bought here in the uk from places like tesco, tru and amazon.

Motto: "Are those my feet?"
Weapon: 20 Megavolt Stun Rifle
None of my local Argos stores have this pack. Im in 2 minds over it, seeing as I have leader Prime already.

Will just keep checking Tesco etc for Bumblebee.

You're lucky then! I've attached a VERY sketchy picture showing my European/English box Ironhide bought from TRU, you can see the picture in the bottom right corner shows a photo of the converted toy! If you look at the Prime/BB 2-Pack you can see the Head shots!

OOh i see now. Ok i never paid any attention before, as what i want is IN the box, i just keep the boxes cos i am a packrat so i never paid much attention to them. But now you show me my ironhide and ratchet have the pic of the bot in converted mode, so do my jazz, barricade and leader prime boxes. Not a big deal to me but i notice the difference now.

Fair enough! It's annoying though how the Euro packaging lacks all the info on the back, If you're a collector that wants to keep them boxed (Sacrilage) the American ones would be the ones to get!

Yeah and pay double the amount it cost to buy the figure from a UK shop? Screw that.

Does the BB look like he has a bit too much orange in the paint? (Compared with the pics on this site) :-?

Now, finding one that stocks this set is the game. Get ready for a long match.

The accent varies wildly. I have no accent, but one of me mateys be a ruddy farmer! It's funny when he gets angry, cos he speaks farmer. :P

The Entertainer is decent enough. It stocks a fair few tfs and whatnot, but nothing special. The Woolworths are for the most part useless. But the TRUs, thar be summat special!

in reply to the paint job, no mine doesn't have an orangeish tint. I am very happy with him. Transforming him back to car mode was a bitch as with all TF hasbro instruction sheets they are very lame and hard to follow. If you do get him make sure to not force the hood, make sure you flip down the panel behind his head before you start the shoulder chest area.

But damn this is only £25?!?!

Heh, only? Isn't that close to $50 US? For a Voyager and a Deluxe? Man, they got you Brits trained well when it comes to prices.

Tell me about it! Over here we are being charged £40 for leader class £20 for Voyager and £10 for Deluxe ( All approx)

In the states aren't you paying $40 for Leader $20 for Voyager etc... That's $ for the £, someones making a lot of money out of it!

Strange about the colour, it's just that mine seems a bit darker than the 74 version!

BLOODY HELL!!!
I'm from Worthing!!!
Sorry, I didn't think I'd ever meet someone where who lived near by.
Anyway, as to the Argos situation, I know, we have an insane amount, but I haven't bought anything from any of them so I don't know what figures they have. What waves have we got released?

I only bought from there because I saw this topic!

As to the waves, Argos seems to have the first wave and i'm assuming the second (They have Bonecrusher, I think that's the second) they also have the nightwatch prime if you want a repaint! Worth annoying them once in a while, they'll probably get newer stuff as it's released!

Still better than Woolies and Gamleys!

Oh, if you didn't know, Lions farm Sainsburys has quite a good range of figures.
Oh Gamelys is crud. I go in there nearly every time I'm at Churchill square & they have nothing, ever.

I get a feeling that Gamleys may get a load in nearer Christmas! same goes for Woolies aswell. I think they held back because there were so many Supermarkets (ASDA, TESCO) selling the deluxe range at bargain prices!
