Weapon: Null-Ray Rifle
Probably old news. On Battle Blades Bumblebee, I just realized I could fold the hood flap down in bot mode. There's even a slot on BB's back to fit the pointed end of the hood kibble. The instructions didn't mention it, and most other pics showed him with the hood flap behind his head. Now his bot mode looks far cleaner.

Glad you found it useful, Cobalt.

BTW, if like me, you find BB Bee's protruding "pencil neck ball-joint" annoying, there's an easy "optical illusion" you could use. Just paint up the yellow panel using a similar matte dark gray paint. I'm NOT talking about the hood flap, but that yellow panel just behind his head. Color it gray, and the ball-joint blends into the gray background when you view him from the front.

Yes, and I would never take the risk of damanging my figures. The gun does lock sometimes, mainly because the weapon got jammed once from me dropping it. The weapon did that for a while after the fall but it doesn't do it now. But back on topic...oh wait, I finished...

Yes, it does. I have no idea what he's talking about! Mind you, I haven't opened mine yet, just played with the weapon through the hole!

On Generations Warpath, you can kind of make it look like he's using a Buzz-Lightyear-like communicator by opening the flap on his right forearm (technically, you could do this on either arm, but I think it looks cooler on his right arm.)

I don't know if I should post a pic, since it might be suggestive. HA Roadbuster can wear his saw blade on the underside of his... crotch, sticking out in "attack mode", if you will. #-o

I'm not sick, I was looking for a place to store the blade in robot mode becuase I put other Mechtech weapons on his arms and shoulders. Honest!

The worst one for the Bot "rod" is the new HA Tailpipe..

His Muffler becomes... well, his "shooter"
They put it right in the middle, and it swings around to his front side, and it even has that "rod" like definition.

I'll take a pic tonight, i almost died laughing when I did it.

You can also use his missile in a few alternate ways. It actually fits into his turret cannon, so you can use it to give him an extra long PEW PEW shooter.

If that's not your thing, you can put it in his fist hole and have him use it as a microphone. Warpath sings the oldies ZOWIE!

DOTM Shockwave looks much better with his feet sticking out the sides and his knees pushed up towards the front in tank mode.

His feet and knees pushed in hides alot of the detailing.

Seems like a lot of these hidden features are due to idiotic mistransformations on the packaging art or the figures being incompletely transformed in the packaging (for ease of packagin, obviously). BB Bumblebee, RotF voyager Mixmaster, RotF deluxe Sideways, and RotF leader Prime are just a few that come to mind. It was a few weeks after owning RotF leader Prime that I found out he had panels that popped out the back of his calves and that his back folded up accurate to the movies. I feel that Mixmaster and Sideways are very underrated figures due to their complexity and accuracy (if transformed correctly).

Also forgot about Prime's wheels on his ankles rotating backwards. Judging from swag pics, a LOT of collectors miss this, even those that do excellent custom work.
