I just started collecting a little while ago, before I got the new figures, I had to get some of the most common ones, such as Voyager Springer (which I love BTW), generations armada Starscream, and some others.

Also looking forward to CW Cyclonus. Always felt the 2.0 Deluxe toy was too tiny. Think a Seven inch CW Voyager will look nicely next to UT Mania King.

I am a little disappointed in this UM. Not a big fan of the hollow back on him, and yeah paint could have been better, but c'est la vie. If I ever do find him on sale at my work I may get him, but of course being up in Canada it takes a heck of a lot longer for things to get to us, or don't get at all (at least at my store, yeah, looking at you Generations Arcee and Chromia)Nevertheless, it is nice to see an Ultra Magnus that actually looks like Magnus again, but this won't be a must buy for me

The hollowness in Ultra Magnus doesn't bother me. It's not glaringly obvious like the RIGHT-IN-YOUR-FACE-ness that was Leader Jetfire.

Yeowch. All my store has now are Tankor, Rattrap, and the Mini-Con team. Mind you I wouldn't mind a new Rhinox since mine unfortunately had an accident.

With the cost of Leader figures up here($59.99 plus a 13% sales tax, at least where I am), I'm having a little trouble trying to justify buying either of the Megatrons that are available (though G1 has more promise than Armada in terms of purchasing priority) or Thundercracker when he hits shelves en masse.(Lucky I got Jetfire on clearance, but he was a present for my girlfriend)

Back in Thrilling 30, Jetfire had his own wave. Now in Combiner Wars, Megatron had his own wave (with two of the (almost) same figure), Thundercracker will get his own wave, UM will get his own, so on.

Did you mean to say that there are 2 Leaders per year?

Got to say this doesn't effect my buying purchase on this. As I Don't roll around my newer Transformers toys on the floor in Vehicle forms.

Wondering is HasTak is trying to design their newer TF toys to make it harder for Third parties to create replacements parts for. Had CW Jetfire and CW Ultra Magnus had rotate fist. It would have been easier to replace them with hands with articulated fingers.

Days ago, Saw the hollow back of CW Ultra Magnus. Was sad to see that.

Think Takara's version looks nicer with the better darker colors and more paint applications.

With all the problems this toy has, Don't think it's woth my money buying the Takara version. Only have enough love for the toy to buy the Hasbro American version.

Can accept that not everything needs to be perfect.

Already got the Two perfect G1 Ultra Magnus toys. MP-22 and that KFC Citizen Stacks toys.

Still find it funny that CW Ultra Magnus has more range of movement in the walking hips than MP-22 does.

I wonder if certain POA were left out so this wouldn't be seen a competition to MP Magnus

Despite the flaws pointed out I'm still keen for this figure, yes he's hollow from behind but that really doesn't matter to me, even if no third party came up with filler plates, I tend to you know, face my Transformers forwards for display.

Your right Maxi. The more I thought about it the more I realized there is no logic to the Leader releases. They don't follow the 4 wave pattern. Waves are just for Legends, Deluxe, and Voyager.

It's hard to find a pattern when Leader Class was only introduced to Generations last year, and we're already at more confirmed releases than we had then.
