The Energon Pub

OK so I never knew the name of this movie but I would still like to know it.

Well I watched part of it when I was a little kid until it scared me too much, but now I have memories of it and it interests me.
From what I can remember it probably took place in Roswell just after the crash, since there where what people believed to be wreckage from an UFO, one of the pieces looked like aluminium foil which a guy brought to the police, when he crumbled it up it didn't stay in ball form but took it's original perfect shape.
I remember that the people where told that it wasn't a UFO crash to which someone said "I saw them, 2 (?) where dead, but one of them survived and they took him with them."

There was also an alien that talked to at least one child in a shed, something about that they (the aliens) want to save as much children as they can before a different group of aliens comes and attacks. The alien then showed the kid an image of a huge spaceship filled with human children doing something while aliens patrolled them and I think teach them stuff?
Anyway those scenes gave me the creeps and I had the feeling the alien was lying, oh the aliens looked like the typical gray type just I think reddish brown.
