More like the toy was made first, then the show couldn't be bothered to use it more than once.

This was back in the 90s, when Transformers was still primarily "toys first, fiction second".

Found a great new pair today. For those that have not watched Arcane on Netflix, it is a fantastic show. I am not kidding when I say it is the best shows i have ever watched.

One of the characters is Ekko, who has the ability to rewind time. Now the catch is: he can experience events, then rewind and do them over, but he cannot rewind any physical damage, so if he broke his arm, he cannot rewind time to undo that break.

I thought he would pair well with Heinrad, who is a lazy bugger who typically uses his time abilities for mischief and it takes time to recharge.

And given that Ekko fits perfectly right on top of Heinrad in both modes, i think this was a perfect match.

Who is the Grimlock looking figure in the middle pic on the right? He has a blue sword on his back and a gray shield with blue wings on the shield.

That is actually two different figures, both from the Cyberverse line. The Grimlock-looking figure in front is Ultimate class Grimlock, while behind him with the blue sword and butterfly shield is the Battle Call Optimus Prime.
