Deluxes? For $12.99? Damn, they're like $15 or so here, and it upsets me very much.

I haven't been to my local Toys "R" Us since they started popping up, and I don't know when I'll be back to check. My TRU always claim that they don't get the new stuff until other retailers get them first (which I deduce to be complete bull ****).

As more and more people come across finding the latest wave of the IDW Generations Deluxe figures, we thought we would showcase a couple fellow Seibertronians who took the time to post or send us news of their recent finds just in case a few people were busy with holiday events and didn't realize that these were hitting stores.

Seibertronian pondimus shows off his find at a Toys'R'Us in Hayward, California.

bounti76 also sent us a picture of his find also at a Toys'R'Us in Murray, Utah.

i saw Dreadwing and goldbug at TRU but i would rather not buy them from TRU. gonna wait till i see all 4 in a target or walmart then buy them all at once.

Just curious, any reason for the no-TRU policy? The TRU I got mine at were well stocked with all 4 figures, and at $12.99 each, they were about the same as Target, Walmart, etc.

The price at TRU is $12.99. Target and Walmart are $9.99. Just a nice saving on top of getting all for figures. I just picked up Waspinator at a Utah target today.

I found Skids, Dreadwing, and Goldbug at my local Target (Humble, TX). No Waspinator though.

I picked up Skids... Passed on the rest. Just not impressed with them....

DREADWING- I already have the Megatron Stealth Bomber mold...Dreadwing, just didn't do anything for me. >:oP

Goldbug- He looks cool, but I bought the BB mold for someone and the transformation is a "B" if you know what I mean. All those little finicky tabs and stuff...ugh...they are just aching to break on it. :BANG_HEAD:

I will pick Waspinator up when I find him so he can go with my Rinox :grin:

They are all in stock on Amazon, but I am not shelling out $20+ for a deluxe.

Dang....I'll have to keep looking, then. I haven't seen any of this wave at the two Targets closest to me, but they don't seem to get new waves in (or put them out) very regularly. If I can find all 4, I'll just return the others to TRU. Thanks for the heads up!

i saw skids at walmart a few weeks ago but i had no clue he was in the same wave as waspinator, just have to keep my eye out next time im there or target. Not going to TRU cause not only do i just hate that store but i already know they wont have anything.

I bought Skids and Wasp at my local Toys R Us yesterday. I know they're more expensive than the big box stores, but I figured I'd waste more money on gas scouring those stores than getting them now. Also, saves a lot of my time.

I found at least 3 cases of these at the TRU in Owings Mills, MD on 12/11. Was going to post when these got added to the database part. There was 1 Wapinator left after I got 1 for my son and 1 for yours truly. Happy hunting gang~

Found all four of them at TRU yesterday. Best part about it; TRU is doing price-match now, and instead of buying them for $12.99 ea. I got them for Wal-Mart's price of $9.99.

It worked. I wasn't 100% certain they were $9.99 at Walmart, but it was confirmed through their systems when they checked, so, hey, I saved 12 bucks.

Waspinator is easily one of my new favorite Transformers figures now.

I have Megatron, so no need for Dreadwing, but the rest of them came home with me.

I want to say Waspinator is the best of the bunch (I mean, he's REALLY good.) but I'm finding myself very swayed by Skids. (He's injection molded win.) Goldfire (Goldbug) is good, surprisingly. I do find the leg transformation a pain in the ass. =\

Overall, an excellent wave. There's honestly nothing terribly bad about any of the new molds. I'm impressed.
