I just got a job at a giant garden centre, I have done 3 days so far and it made me so angry and frustrated that I almost crashed my car on the way back yesterday.

I don't enjoy making money, posible because with petrol money to get there and minimum wage I dont actually make any money...

Nah....I think that people just dont like to talk about money........even thou you were just asking what they do for a living....when one see's a question about how they make money [key word money] they get all guarded about it.Try renaming the topic or start a new one asking what people do for a living and I bet you'll get more honest responces.

I too will work in retail, but thankfully I'm one of the owners. I've done daycare, Subway, a "ranch", and a JC Penney catalogue store. This will be the first time I'm working for myself and have the potential to make some real money.

I'm head floral designer in a flower shop. Before that I was produce mgr in a grocery store for a couple of years.

You gotta do what you love. To bad TFs aren't flowers, then it really would be the perfect job.

i work at a company making wire harnesses, circuit boards, and cabinets, then put them all together for traffic lights, its pretty fun

My family used to run a flower/gift shop. It was pretty cool, except during Valentine's.

I might start one up again one day.

I work for a kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer. It sucks.

I graduated from a writer's workshop at one of the local colleges here, but making a living by writing is insanely difficult, and I didn't get a Master's degree so I could be a teacher.

I could have a better job, but I needed the insurance right away. :-(
