The last time I remember seeing him was just before bonecrusher got his head sliced off by prime after that he just vanishes!

That could explain it however I do think that at the end he should have had a litte explaination as to were he is,
Obviously hes still alive and retreated with Starscream then. But I would still love to see what actually happened to him.

He was killed in the novel and the comic.

But I'd rather they let it be so he'd have a chance in the sequel. I want to see him along with Prowl. Prowl's always been a by-the-book guy and a stickler for rules so just imagine his reaction to Barricade's perversion!

I agree I so want him to be in the sequel with Starscream, cause then It would be like,
'were the survivors, We KNOW what you did Prime and Whitwhikky, and now you're gonna PAY!'
I also love the rear Quarter pannel on his Mustang( the part on the cop car that says'To protect and serve')

The movie showed a piece of Barricade's body when the US navy threw away the bodies of Megatron and other Decepticons under the Laurentian Abyss.

I have a "copy" of the movie allready. There is no footage of Barricade on the ships. Just looked

Nope...there is no sign of Barricade wreckage among the parts at the end. I hope to movie is different and he lived for the sequel

Megatron got his chest imploded. And we ALLLL know hes not down and out. So Barricade surviving whatever it was? pfft... for sure. : ) And his little buddy Frenzy could possibly have made it too. Like the scientist could have taken his body from the Dam and tried using him for experiments and analysis. What they don't know is that by putting him back together and doing **** to him that they're fixing him. 0_o??

But yey Starscream? lol. Poor sap will have to fly allllllllll the way to Cybertron by his lonesome. XD

My veiw exactly except about Starscream flyin home by himself i think that barracade went back with starscream cause in my brothers book,
'meet the decepticons' about 5-6 decepticons leave earth at the end!

Writers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman have stated in a recent interview that Barricade's disappearance from the remainder of the film is a "thread for Movie 2"

Are you serious... that kiddy book actually had information that was useful.... Hmmm... 5-6? But who else coulda been there with them? Bah, all the TF movie stories are so uncoordinated. Like the Game. ; \ With shockwave already being on Earth and stuff. ;o; Get it straight TF Movie CREW!

well if we include barricade as retreating( by the way I love that Good cop vs bad cop idea that rocks!)
thats one, the Xbox 360, thats 2, the vending machine, 3, that black suv(or was it just the steering wheel?) 4, and Starscream, definatly 5

Accordind to reliable sources, his dissapearance is a plot thread for T2. My guess is he found Minicons, The Cyber planet keys, Unicron, Loads of Energon cubes, or all 4 at the conveniently placed Weapons of mass destruction nightclub.

God, same for Super hero movies, We wanted more Doc Ock, more Venom, but noooo.

Then again, Doc Ock came back to life as Aunt May's room mate, might do that eventually, then again, movie goers would react all "Dirty Den!" to it.

I hope they don't kill the Joker in The Dark Knight, set an example for other Geek flicks.

Badguys seem to get offed in the end of alot of these movies. Although spiderman 3 the villains were pussies. Sandman- You killed uncle ben but ill let you go cause i want to be emotional, Venom a lousy pumpkin bomb killed him, but he sucked anyways and gobblin surfer gets killed like his daddy.

At least the decepticons that died got killed in battle. Except Bonecrusher who came onscreen to be decapitated by prime. And joker may die the badguy from the first one got killed what stopping them this time.

LOL they should make the TF2 story that the Mountain Dew Bot tries to take over the world with his sidekicks: Loudmouth Bad Cop(Barricade), Xbox360-bot (who lives in the Xbox360 cardboard box) and a armada of Ratbots (Rattrap-recolors with perfect muddy-overcrapped-rat color)

anyways... Barricade has to be in TF2. (and i wanna see Mountain Dew Bot own a decepticon/autobot)

or how about barricade somehow under goes a self transformaition that reformats him self into prowl thus making him an autobot
