I love the Autobots hiding from Ron Witwicky. It's slapstick, but it's fun.

But I love the scene where Sam & Mikela go to a make out point with Bumblebee the most.

Tough call, my favorites include:

-Autobots sneaking around Sam's house
-Starscream in a dog fight with the F-16's
-(Ironhide?) fighting Bonecrusher
-pretty much any scene with Devestator (Brawl)

The roll call, easily, was my favorite scene as a fan. Heart just got all warm-and-fuzzy with fond memories...

Outside of the fanliness, probably that moment when Bumblebee asks to stay with Sam...the dramatic tension of his actual speech, with the moment where we get to see that the bond between boy and car(robot) is real...man, Spielberg moment there. The Prime speeches as well--and how well-timed they seemed to be (beginning, almost-precise middle, and end points of movie) really were nicely affected and written...evidencing just how much we're dealing with a larger-than-life character in the film.

i'm suprised the "I am megatron" hasn't been mentioned that much (thanks for bringing it into the light Nugget). I actually think the line's a little funny, since everyone earlier was ignoring Sam's insistence on calling him Megatron.
